POLL: FAVORITE MOVIES? FAVORITE ACTORS?
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is my favorite movie of ALL time too!!!! :DDD And my favorite actor is Tim Curry! I'm serious, I've listened to the soundtrack of Rocky Horror sooo many times and have seen the movie 19 times (although only about 7 of them have been in the movie theater, but I enjoy it either way). For Christmas my sister is getting me a poster of him as Frank-n-Furter and I'm soo excited :DD! BTW, I hate how Glee acknowledged the film, it literally killed me how bad it was and how my friends were all loved it because it was Glee though they never even saw RHPS. AND, nobody can be Frank-n-furter except Tim Curry. Period. Sorry I went on and on heh heh

Their picks wouldn't differ too much from the same actors we like. Personal preference plays a huge part. Most professional actors that have acquired some kind of celebrity status understand how many different roles it takes to get there. The more versatile you are the more respect they have for you because it takes real talent to convincingly play a range of different characters. For example Vincent D'Onofrio is known as an 'actor's actor' because of the wide variety of roles he has played, most recently Wilson Fisk in Marvel's Daredevil. Before that he played Hoskins (the navy dude who wanted to use the Raptors as weapons) in Jurassic World. He also played Robert Downey Jr.'s big brother in the 2014 drama 'The Judge'. It is this wide variety of roles that has earned him the reputation as a versatile talent. Other reasons actors admire other actors is from having worked along side them in various projects and seeing how hard they work and learning things from them and seeing how committed they are to putting in a good show. That kind of thing is inspiring, especially to a fellow actor/actress. Another thing you'll hear when one actor is talking about another actor who they love is what a nice person they are and how much fun they are to work with. Otherwise it's just based on the types of movies they like watching and the type of roles they're drawn to that determines the actors they like. E.g. I think Vince Vaughn is hilarious while others can't stand him. Like I said earlier, personal preference plays a huge part.

He has been an influence on everyone from George Lucas and Clint Eastwood to Francis Ford Coppola and Spielberg.
