If someone gave me a car, and signed title over to me, can they take it back?
A lawyer talking here - - She gave you the car. At that point, it became yours. You didn't do what you should have with regard to putting the title in your name, but that doesn't change the fact that she gave it to you. What you have here is a document problem, not an ownership problem. Laws vary from state to state, but your signed title should still be good enough to transfer. Make a copy first just for safety, but take it into the DMV and do the title change before she signs over the replacement to someone else and they get a new title. What she did by getting a new title is to commit fraud with the state. But don't look for prosecution here. The state would look at this as more a civil issue than a criminal one. If you want to make sure you have all your ducks lined up, take it to small claims court. A judge will rule in your favor so long as there are no other issues that you haven't disclosed here. If you owed money on the car or the gift was part of another agreement, then you might have another problem. The downside to going to court however, is that you pretty much burn the relationship. I've seen very few cases where one family member has sued another and it all worked out in the end. On the flip side, if she's already burned it, then you have nothing left to lose. My preference would be just to go get the title changed and not worry about going to court unless you have to.

My mum is 4ft 10in and my Dad is 5ft 6in so I never stood a chance in the height department. I’m 5ft 2in.Here are my top 10 problems:People thinking they can lean on you. I’ve had this since I was at school and it actually happened to be a month back while I was standing against a wall. Why? It’s just rude. And he was a complete stranger who just put his elbow on my shoulder and rested it there until I changed my position and shook him off.Taller people patting me on the head - again, since school. Probably why I’m bald now (nothing to do with all the hair dye and hairspray I put on my hair in the 80s. LOL).Can never reach the top shelves at home, in supermarkets or anywhere.Putting my luggage in the overhead bins on aeroplanes.Urinals. The reason I use the cubicle isn’t because I’m embarrassed about my size (as people have suggested) but because some urinals are just too high up and even if I can reach, my penis actually touches the urinal which is just gross. Or I have to stand on tippy-toe. If I see a kids urinal I usually use those.People assuming that short guys have smaller members. Not true, in the exact same way that it doesn’t mean taller guys have bigger members. Not that I’m suggesting anything, I’m just generalising.Buying trousers. Every time I buy trousers (jeans, smart casual, suits etc.) I have to add on an extra £20 or so to get them altered to my leg length (25in).Sitting on bar stools isn’t an option. I get giddy because my feet just dangle.At bars, all the tall people get served first. I get ignored.Mirrors. Even at home the mirror is too high for me to see my face. My bf put it up and he is 5ft 10in. Didn’t he realise that I need to shave too? I literally have to take the mirror off the wall and rest it on the shelf to shave.

Everyone faces the different type of problem in his life . But some time when the problem become endless ,it grows day by day than this question arises that am I the only person who is suffering a lot. How do I stop vomiting while travelling in Car?
Vomiting during travel is due to the inertia factor. While traveling, especially over hills, winding roads or even rickety roads, people who are not much habituated to such travel tend to vomit. This is because, when travelling though our body moves as per the motion of the vehicle, we try to keep our head upright. This creates a contra situation and churning effect resulting in vomiting.Empty stomach, Only liquid filled stomach too much sour or acidic food all add up to this.There are some proven tips to reduce the problem.1.Never start a journey on empty stomach. Take a little food,probably steamed and without oil,with some salt.2.Take some water or liquid, but keep some part of stomach free- i.e do not eat or drink stomachfull.3. Have a good night's sleep before starting the journey.4. If there is a slight indication of a headache, take a headache medicine immediately, so that it does not aggravate.5. As far as possible break and take a few minutes rest in between by coming out and stretching legs or taking a few steps. A very light snack in roadside restaurant in between also can help both ways6. Chew or sip little by little a candy or a peppermint toffee throughout till you are sure that you will not vomit.7.Take deep breath frequently.8. Do not travel watching sights on the sides. Instead focus your vision straight in front on the road.If you feel discomfort, try to lie down closing your eyes.9. In case vomiting is inevitable, allow that, do not try to stop. Let the whole go out so that you feel comfortable. Then take some water and a candy immediately.10. Family's financial problem and jobs for teens like me?
Okay so basically My mom and dad have decided to buy a car can she and my dad have to pay about $565 per month 3 years for the car so that means none of us will be barely spending any money anymore. Also even though they only pay half each, they still have to pay the bills so thats another $200. Also, I take guitar lessons and the monthly fee is $140 but my teacher is EXCELLENT and the best instrument teacher I've come across, and my mom says I have to quit cause she has to pay for other ****, but I don't want to give up the guitar so I want to get my own job to pay for my lessons, save for college and my personal expenses. I am 14 years old.. is this possible?
I hit a curb in my mom's car!?
Hi guys. I have a problem. I hit a curb in my mother's almost new Toyota Prius. She is out of town and doesn't know and I was just going to get it fixed and avoid telling her. However, she told me a few days ago that she is wanting to sell the car and I needed to start the process. CRAP! The car has a bent rim, which can easily be replaced. But there may be another problem. The computer knows something is not right and will not allow the car to go past 35mph. I feel terrible that she trusted me to take care of it while she is gone and I just don't want to tell her I mucked it up. The car is tip top other than this. It may need an alignment though. Do I fess up no matter how disappointed she may be, or do I fix it, sell it and never mention it????
My mom drove me (15) around for 1 hour in the car and punched me in the face multiple times. My parents are getting divorced and she is angry all the time. Can I get her arrested?
Okay so yeah…….. Screw if you should I'm sure your parents have their own problems but tbh unlike everyone else here, I Don't Give a D*** if someone punches you in the face minor or whatever they should be charged and arrested for that.It's not your damn problem, kids stay silent cause they think its there job to keep their family in tack, I'm not talking being atheist but when it comes to someone touching your body like that especially in that way, that's when you call the damn cops. Period.
I have multiple things wrong with my car?
Sounds like a car that was never properly taken care of. Also sounds like you don't have a lot of mechanical experience, which is not meant to be an insult, but it would be a lot harder to try and diagnose the problem on the internet to you without some sort of experience with cars. But here goes. 1. You have either a bad belt or a bad pulley in the front of your car. See the belt in the front of the engine? That rides on pulleys like power steering, AC, alternator etc. One of those pulleys could have a bad bearing and needs to be replaced. That is fairly simple job. 2. This one is easy, just replace the fuse, and see if it works. If it does, take the horn back. Otherwise replace the horn and it should work. 3. OK, sounds like you already got this one under control. 4. This is usually easy to diagnose but I suggest taking it in to get a professional to service it. He probably needs to just refill the coolant and check for leaks. 5. Yeah you gotta get this fixed. Tell your brother to go to the wreckers and buy you a new one, it's his responsibility to fix it. 6. This needs to be diagnosed by a mechanic. Could be valves, or just an oil change. At any rate, rattling is not a good sign. 7. Drive safely, especially with a baby on the way. It's not the car that almost got you killed, you shouldn't be taking "split chance" opportunities to go especially in a small car like the one you have. I agree the car shouldn't have stalled like that, but you need to learn how to be safer with a baby on the way.

the old fuel went bad try changing the fuel filter first that's the cheapest thing to do, if that doesn't work take the fuel line off and try to start it if fuel comes out then the pump is good if it doesn't then it's the pump if fuel comes out it's probably the carb or injectors are clogged
