Putting Clips From Other People Videos Into My Own

Where do people get clips for fan-made videos?

People always make fan made videos about tv shows and films, like their own music videos with clips they put together themselves. Does anyone know where I can get some clips like these, because I want to make my own video

How do you get TV clips to put onto youtube videos?

You can get those tv clips from your tv..
you should have TV tuner card for that..
and then a tv tuner software..
then u can cut any clips from television and then upload it to youtube

How can some users put movie or TV clips in their videos when YouTube policy clearly denies it? Who earns the money from ads on these videos?

♦ Its true that these things are against Community Guidelines and Terms of use. But do you think there is a person sitting on YouTube’s end and looking at every video uploaded on YouTube? Surely, NOT! Whenever a video is uploaded, the YouTube’s AI Bot tracks video information and processes it. As I have mentioned BOT, it can’t track everything in the video. What people do while uploading those clips is that they add some extra SOUND EFFECTS in it or add extra SOME GRAPHICS to it which is not in the original content and hence the BOT doesn’t find any similar data about this newly uploaded video. Thus you can get money for that till it is not tracked and if Ads are served.♦ But if your video has got a copyright strike but not removed from your channel, then still the Advertisements will be served on your video but the revenue will be given to the original content’s owner.♦ Third case is when you have uploaded a cover of any song or dance, then also you may get copyright strike, but in this case you have some of your works in addition to the original content, so your revenue will be shared with the original content’s owner.

I have a 30 sec. video clip with two people walking through part of the clip. All I want to do is eliminate the two people from the clip and keep the background. How do I do this?

As long as the camera was steady and you can access each frame individually, you could find a frame that showed the background without the people there and copy it over the people in all frames with the people. I’m not sure what program you would use to edit individual frames, though. Adding details on the clip’s file format would help.

Can I use video clips from TV shows and movies in my YouTube videos if I make money from them?

Yes you can use materials from other copyrighted works like TV shows and Movies. But You have to make sure it is a FAIR USE.What is a Fair Use: Fair use is a legal doctrine that says you can use the copyrighted material from other works without asking for their permission. And it can be used to make money as well, Here’s how you can use other videos without getting sued or your channel taken down by youtube,You can make parodies of existing shows by changing the audio or combining short clips that give it a new meaning. You can use 10–15 sec clips to review these movies or shows, that is a fair use.You can highlight mistakes in a scene or storyline by adding your own voice or narrating the same. You can also have something like top ten or top twenty movies or shows to watch and use the clips from these movies, its a fair use as you are not earning by broadcasting but earning by reviewing or promoting. Anyways if you are promoting someones work they will never take an offence, its the best way of using fairly. You can also think of many other creative ways which fall under the fair use doctrine. Can I use other people's gameplay YouTube videos to make a montage if I give them credit?

No, that would be copyright infringement. For that matter, their gameplay clips are probably done without permission and also copyright infringement. In order to fit into fair use, you have to create your own content, like a review, and then include clips from the borrowed content into your new work. Solely using borrowed clips, with no original content does not work. This compilations are not fair use..Further, the only purposes you can use someone's work are: review, parody, criticism, and academic use. Compilationdoesnt fit these.Besides, not only can the person who made the game footage do a takedown, but the original game company can sue you. These days mist only give permission to use systems they've monetized in order to share clips, like Twitch.Giving credit has no effect of copyright. You learned attribution in school because it is needed to avoid plagiarism, an academic ethical breach. Academic use is fair use, but also has to give credit or you are plagiarizing. Not relevant here. But people commonly mix the two, thinking it allows use of copyrighted works. It doesn't.

Can I use clips of other YouTubers' videos in my videos?

You can not use clips from other people’s videos to make your own video and upload it back to YouTube, as this will violate copyright and YouTube algorithms will likely detect violation and discard your video. However, you can use nr8 . com to do precisely the same thing and it works within the copyright framework. nr8 .com gives you an easy editing interface and when you create a new video, you can share the link with anyone, embed such video and share on social media all for free!

Can I make a top 10 anime video without getting a copyright strike?

You need permission to make and distribute copies of another's work.

Whether or not what you do is "not for profit" is irrelevant. You still impact the market for the original work. (And by the way, when you post to places like YouTube, they very much make money even if you don't. Also, don't refer to yourself as "nonprofit" unless you're a properly registered organization.)

Just "giving credit" does nothing other than acknowledge you know the work is not yours. If anything, the original copyright holder can find it very harmful to be associated with what you've done with their work without permission.

I don't know what makes you think this is "fair use." It is not. And things like "entertainment" and "personal use" aren't even referenced in potential fair use exceptions. Fair use is a lot more limited than you might want to believe.

If you assemble what you describe and post it without obtaining proper permissions in advance, you should get a copyright strike, and the video will be removed. If the copyright holder wants to make and distribute videos of their work as "entertainment" for other people, they will do so themselves. You do not have the right. It is unlikely you'd be sued over posting such a thing, but not impossible.

If you want to give away "entertainment" for other people, do your own work from scratch. Once you invest hundreds or thousands of hours, and all the money, education, etc., it's highly unlikely you'll want to give it away "for free," or that you'll be happy with others doing so with your work without permission.

Does anyone no what porn websites I can put my own videos on?

Yeah if you are of legal age (18 at least, if you are not 18 then I am afraid it will be illegal for you to do this. Just take this as if like I recommend a drink for you to try when you turn legal age, nothing more). Actually the best way to get money for your own movies and get free promotion is to use the following webpages

www.xhamster.com
www.xvideos.com
www.tube8.com
The way it works is if you have your own webpage, which only costs about $80 to set up and $20 a month (Search google for webpage setup companies, they are cheap.). So once you have this set up you go to those pages and set up a free account and upload your Promotion videos for free. Just make sure that your webpage is advertised in the video (brazzers.com does this often by putting 3 to minute clips of their movies and it pays off). I also had this stripper friend that wanted to be a known adult actress and she posted her video up with a stage name she wanted, so when she went to a known company she had a fan base of about 9,000 fans already. So if you are of legal age and are more than interested then good luck if you decide to do this. and shoot us an update so we can help you on by following your career.
