I have a 30 sec. video clip with two people walking through part of the clip. All I want to do is eliminate the two people from the clip and keep the background. How do I do this?
As long as the camera was steady and you can access each frame individually, you could find a frame that showed the background without the people there and copy it over the people in all frames with the people. I’m not sure what program you would use to edit individual frames, though. Adding details on the clip’s file format would help.
