Why is the Quora app not available for Windows phone or PC?
Windows Phone: The platform is on the verge of extinction. It’s market share is almost next to 0. So there’s really no point in investing the time and money for developing and maintaining an app which 46 users will be using.Windows: I think people would still prefer to use browsers (like Edge/Chrome/Firefox) for accessing Quora than to use a dedicated app, given both gives same level of features. I wonder how many people actually use Facebook app available in the Windows Store compared to Facebook website?

Why am I not able to play a quiz on QuizUp's website but able to do on their app?
Glu mobile has recently acquired Quizup and they removed the play button from Quizup’s website. So for now , One can’t play through website.Although they’ll soon introduce the play feature on website.You can check in Quizup feedback topic.
How do I unlock the the different achievements in the QuizUp app?
Depends on the achievement. If you mean all the ones that ask you to reach level 15 in two topics, you have to figure out what topics they are. They give you hints, though. For example, the Ameri-CAN achievement says, "From coast to coast and from past to present. Reach level 15 in the topics that cover at least four dimensions of the US." You can guess that the two topics are probably United States--"coast to coast" (under the Geography section) and US History--"past to present" (under the History section).
