Where is the Antenna in a 2003 Honda Civic?

The antenna is built into the upper rear window if you look at your rear window you have the defroster lines and above that there will be more random scattered set of lines this is your antenna, this setup doesnt get great am reception but any aftermarket cd player can make it even worse with the internal amp to put out the higher watts. The more powerful the recivers output is for the stereo the more distortion there normally is.

I have also noticed when I use the defroster on my car (Accord) it creates even more distortion.

A car audio shop can help you with this you can get an antenna that you can mount and wire yourself or even have them do it for you.

Got code p1399 on my civic 2000 model along with misfire codes what can I do?

Yes, P1399 is a PENDING random misfire code on this application! The most common reason for the PCM to flag this code is for worn secondary ignition components, ie (plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor) and in some cases the whole Distributor assembly! Be sure to check the ignition wires because sometimes the actual metal plug terminal is like in the middle of the rubber plug boot and does not lock down on the tip of the plug! Verify engine vacuum is correct, if a Honda has low engine vacuum it will misfire and stall and at times and it will be worse when a load is on the engine like the A/C compressor. Verify the engine vacuum is 19 inches or higher and the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) voltage is 0.90 volts or less. If vacuum is low check valve timing and valve adjustment!

NOTE: Usually, restricted EGR passages on this engine will flag a P0401, P0300,1,2,3,4, and P1163!

What are the biggest problems society is facing today?

Negligence and Indifference.Every single problem is caused by the above twins.Climate change: We are ignorant. We neglect. Some are even not accepting the fact that climate change is a thing. Even after so many of awareness programs our taps are still running without hands or buckets below them.Poverty: We are ignorant. We are indifferent. With sheer will power, we can surely bring people out of the vicious trap which is rewarded at birth.Wars: Yes, people are indifferent. People are ignorant. Without even reading the book in the name of which they wage war, some individuals start preaching. Yes, we are ignorant who let them do it and listen to them.Crimes: Crimes are increasing because we are not connected. The neighbour, if at all pays attention, isn't sure if it's you who is checking in late at night or burglars. It's our Indifference and negligence towards one another.Corruption: Its our negligence. Imagine a scenerio in which every time a person asks for a bribe, he is met with a fierce raid and caught red handed. It's their negligence to forget their duties and ask for bribe. And it's our negligence to oblige.Discrimination: Its one's indifference towards another's identity and self esteem that makes him look down upon the other. It's negligence of the fact that someone else also has a heart and that aches too.Uncertainty/ Threat of war: Its the indifference and negligence that makes one blind to see the consequences of a war. If the millions of lives to be lost and their screens can be heard by the leaders, surely a pacifist environment will ensue. War is not something that shows power or strength of a nation. It shows how cruel a human can be to another.

For the atheist, is life just a random chance thing with no more meaning than that- to get what you can out of it before it's back to oblivion?

For an atheist, life is random chance. Given the size and make up of our universe, there was a far greater chance that life would develop than that it wouldn't. Given the number of stars and planets in this galaxy alone, it's way more likely that life exists out there than not. Hence, the number of rolls of the dice makes a “yes" roll inevitable.Given that, it's not surprising life developed here, on a planet in our temperature range with the amounts of water we have.Life has the meaning you give it. Atheists look at the stars and feel awe. Atheists fall deeply in love and feel committed to their children, who will be the physical remnant of them after their death.Atheists can be committed to social issues and making the world a better place, because it's the only one we've got. They are invested in this life without a mythology of an afterlife. That makes them more present for what IS.As to afterlife, atheists don't have any beliefs about it. If we just turn off like a light bulb at death, we'll have no awareness of it, so there's nothing to fear. We can't prove that anything else happens, given our current level of knowledge.Atheists may be more likely to make the most of this life because it's the only one we've got. That doesn't mean hedonism. Like all other humans, atheists feel a need for meaningful connection. We are, after all, highly developed primates who evolved as social creatures.
