Re-applying For A Family Visitor Visa Uk

Can I Apply For UK Family Visa?

No. There is no chain migration in the UK like America. You can only apply to join family in the UK if you are the elderly parent or grandparent, spouse or child of a settled person or a British citizen.

Uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters are not direct relatives. You would only be able to apply in the most exceptional compassionate circumstances.

What are the supporting documents for UK visit visa to show family ties?

To explain my situation, I am a single dad with a 4 year old daughter and I have equal legal custody of her as well as maintenance responsibilities that I have legally agreed with the court. I recently applied for UK visitor visa to go on a 3 weeks vacation but my visa got refused. I think I will have to show my savings to prove that I am able to handle my travelling expenses. However, one of the last things that the refusal letter had was that since I am divorced and I do not have physical custody of my daughter, it is uncertain about my family ties to ensure my return in 3 weeks. I showed all the legal documentation including the divorce certificate and custody information and I am trying to figure out what other documents that I need to present to show the ties to my daughter and home country. Has anyone gone through the same experience?

Can I sponsor tourist visa for USA for my family?

Well, they and we don't know what is the best way to apply for visa: Separately or together?
Can all of them three apply together?
How does it work? Are they going to fill out one form or one form each?
I just need a little help. A past experience. It is even better if I don't have to show no evidence of finance, income, etc. it just makes it easier for me then :-).
I have heard different stories, that the approved stay on a tourist visa may vary from a month to ten years. That is a big range. Is there different types of tourist visa?
You can see that I have no idea of how does it work, so I am just asking all kind of question trying to understand and take the right step.
Thanks all of you in advance.

Applying For A British Visa, What does this mean?

If you are American and you apply for a U.K. student visa from New York the answer will be "Yes".
If you are a Mexican U.S. Green Card holder and you apply from New York the answer is "No"..

I mistakenly applied for the wrong category of the UK visa and have been granted that. how to mend that?

i collected the wrong visa a week ago. can i re-apply for the right category or should i ask the embassy to mend the wrong one? the local uk visa centre replies my appeals with automaticaly generated emails with no revelent advice :-, with no info on the issue process time. the visa call center is $1.5 a minute and the replying clerks play dummy. please help!! i really need to get the right visa and on time..

What should be done to reapply for a UK visa after a refusal?

Reapply and try again , but if you don't have stable financial position then you won't get it.Let's talk first about your refusal : embassy is not satisfied with your bank statement , money in your hand , your savings , your salary , your investment , and then one more big reason embassy is not satisfied keeping the above in mind that you are senior enough to attend a conference , everything is relative to each other , you designation or your salary is not matching with the profile and they think why a company is sending a junior post person, its expensive to send people out to attend seminars and conferences. This is also related with your age. ? They are not convinced with your reason of travel and training, they didn't trust you / company and they think this whole hing about training and client meetings is a lie to never to come back.We are not saying you are a fraudulent person and your intent was never to come back but ..I have repeatedly written about this: the most refusal are always in this category ( training and seminars , conferences and client meetings ) doesn't matter uk or usa , you are likely to get refused.your job profile should match with your salary and bank statment and your travel history. ( means if you are a senior post you salary should be respectable atleast 1 lac a month min. Then your income tax returns and bank statement should complement the reason and then your travel history should show and you keep traveling to attend these conferences and seminars.Someone asked there has to be a first time travel , then what is your answer ? my answer is why straight to usa or uk why not dubai conference or Singapore or Hongkong , your travel You must show you have been travelling to various places for work.Means all of a sudden one fine day a middle class 25 yrs young techies with no travel history / blank passport wants to attend conferences and exhibitions in Las Vegas. Visa councillor don't have to have supernatural powers to read you this.
