Really Super Tired Can

Teens, do you get really tired after school?

Are you kidding me? OF COURSE! I have to get up at 6:00 AM every weekday. Then I have an hour bus ride in the morning and after school. It can defiantly get pretty crazy sometimes. Then you come home and have homework, have to have a shower, you have to eat, you have to have some time to yourself and if your lucky you can be in bed for 9:00 PM. Ugh, but then your super tired and can't sleep. And 8 hours doesn't seem like that much sleep for a growing teenager. =S Your not alone, my friends want to get together during the weekends and I mostly say no because I just want some sleep instead of staying up late and everything.

Super duper tired and cant fall asleep?

Are you under stress? Are you just thinking about random things? If that is the case, it is hard to fall asleep. I know. Same thing happens to me sometimes. What you need to do is take your mind off of everything. If you can't do that, then try listening to some music. That helps to take your mind off of things sometimes. If that doesn't help, then you need to see a doctor right away.

Is it normal for me to be so tired before my period?

Hello Mandy:

Yes,it is very normal for women to be very tired before their period due to their fluctuating hormones. Right before my period,I experience the following things which are all normal:

Sore,Swollen,and Sensitive Boobs

Mood Swings: Happy one minute,Sobbing the next minute,a stranger gives me a dirty look and I am ready to kick their butt,etc..

Hungry: Did I mention Hungry? Oh yes,I could eat until I get sick,I am so ravenous all I want to do is eat and eat and eat.

Acne: Some women have acne on their face, chest or back, that is perfectly normal before your period.

Bloating: Your tummy may retain water and you may feel really bloated.

Tired: It is perfectly normal to feel very tired or exhausted before your period because your hormones are fluctuating and all you want to do is sleep. I know because before my period,I can go to bed early the night before, and all I want to do is sleep and sleep and sleep the next day.

Cravings: It is perfectly normal to crave chocolate, salt, fattening foods, doughnuts, soda pop,all the things that are supposedly bad for us,but taste so good.

Some women will also feel depressed before their periods,or they may be forgetful too, which is normal to due to hormones.

I hope that this has been helpful advice for you? ;-)

Why do I feel nauseous when I’m really tired?

The brain tries its best to be economical in distributing energy needed for different functions of the body. When you're keeping yourself awake despite being tired, your body has to keep functioning on a very low amount of energy. Like a good monarch, the brain needs to decide where resources are needed the most which in this case is keeping you from collapsing. Digestion is no longer a priority. Less blood is being sent that way, which is why you experience nausea. It's very similar to anxiety evoking situations (or indeed life threatening situations) - the brain registeres the presence of danger, increases the heart rate which pumps more blood through the muscles, prioritising it over any other activity and preparing you for a fight or flight response.

Female Dog Very Tired in First Heat?

My beagle pup, Riley, has begun what I believe is her first heat. Before yall go say that I need to get her fixed, I know. She has an appointment in December.

This morning, I noticed a couple drops of blood on the covers of our bed. I took her out, then went to school, not thinking much about it. When I got home this afternoon, she was really moping around. Usually she gets super excited and jumps all over me when I get home.
I've been keeping a close eye on her all day. She hasn't eaten at all or used the bathroom, and she has been sleeping since 4 this afternoon (it's 10 now). Is this normal for first heat? If so, how can I make it easier on her; if not, what should I do?

Riley is my BABY, I love her more than anything in the world. I'm just worried about my baby girl.
Thanks yall.
