Refernce Page - Apa Is It About Correct What I Did

If you are listing a reference on an APA style paper, and the title of the article ends with a '?' (question mark), do you have to put a period after the question mark?

Emerson Goodens is correct. If the title ends with punctuation, you don't add another punctuation mark after it. The APA Style Blog says...2. If a reference title ends in an exclamation point or question mark, this mark takes the place of the period that would have otherwise appeared after the title. These marks are stronger than the period and take its place.Correct: Raftopoulos, A. (2009). Cognition and perception: How do psychology and neural science inform philosophy? Cambridge, MA: MIT Press.Incorrect: Raftopoulos, A. (2009). Cognition and perception: How do psychology and neural science inform philosophy?. Cambridge, MA: MIT Press.

Why won't it allow me to indent my sources correctly on my reference page?

i know how the format should be for my reference page however i typed them all up and i am now trying to indent the second (and third) lines of each source but it will not let me indent. when i press tab It will indent the whole source over including the first line. This is how it is showing up:
Bedford, F. (1990, October 30). The Psychology of Fear: Is it all in our heads?
The New York Times, p. B4.

but i need the first line far left with the following line(s) indented. even when i try spacing it won't even budge. if it matters i am using microsoft word 2007. how can i indent the second lines without also indenting the first line?

APA style references page... singe or double spaced? does it matter?

APA format and page count? Does the title page, abstract and reference page count toward the pages?

My professor has asked for a 15 page paper, APA format. Do I count the title page, abstract and reference pages within the 15 pages or is it 15 pages of content? I've seen it both ways in APA guides. It's too late to ask my professor b/c it's due at midnight and I just realized that the three pages may not count. Please help!!
