IPod touch is completely dead, is it the battery?
Since there's no way to really contact Apple by email, that I could find anyway, I was wondering how to tell if your iPod touch's battery is dead or not. My iPod touch appears completely dead, nothing works at all and it hasn't turned on in a very long time. I want to be able to use it again but I'm not sure if it's the battery to begin with. It's been like this for a long time so I don't remember exactly how this happened. Nothing happens no matter what buttons I push or if I plug it in to a computer or anything. Is it the battery that's dead or something else?

I keep hitting the block cookies section and frequently visited sites but it won't let me use safari anymore on my ipod. It won't let me enable the cookies. The only thing I can think of is delete everything and reset my entire ipod I tried turning my ipod on and off but it didn't help so resetting probably won't either.
