Why is my SafeLink phone saying that I have no service when my service should be good until January 31,2019? How can I speak to a representative?

SafeLink is a sneaky weasel of a wireless network provider. They'll reactivate service “for a year”(their words), but after maybe sixty days, the service will cancel. A follow up call into customer service will result in statements that service is activated for a full year.My reenrollment process has become ruined between Lifeline and SafeLink due to a complete lack of communication between both SafeLink and Lifeline, at the fault of SafeLink, about a certain continuing and unnecessary pending hold on my renewal, and now SafeLink has turned it into a new enrollment that is ALSO placed on a pending hold by Lifeline. I am still without service. This is a very big deal, especially considering an enormous detail of the fact that SafeLink representatives are kept very nieve and incompetent to solve any such (common) issues. The managers are just as clueless and/or too complacent to be proactive towards solutions, and further, only antagonize abandoned subscribers by creating background static, muting callers, and pressing dial pad button tones until callers hang up or become frustrated enough for SafeLink to justify disconnecting the call.The best method of resolution is to issue a formal claim and leave the company. I sacrificed my SafeLink phone number and registered with Feel Safe Wireless, which is the budget subsidiary of Airvoice Wireless, which uses the AT&T network. I like firefox but it is frustrating how many times it does not respond!!!?

I have found that sometimes after an update I need to Refresh FF. By doing that it clears your browser of any issues/glitches. The downside is that you have to reinstall your add-ons and any plug-ins you may have had and readjust any settings you may have personally changed yourself. But you don't have much of a choice if you want the browser to work properly.

That helped.It means that person has all text messaging blocked by their carrier and can't send or receive any text messages.If you're trying to text a minor, his or her parents probably have enabled parental controls to block text messaging. It could be a general rule or it could be a punishment.
