1. Close all aps running before launching the game. Hold the home button, click the trashcan. Hold the home button again, click the pie, click the RAM tab and finally click "Clear Memory" 2. Uninstall all unnecessary software running in background. Turn off live wallpaper 3. Disable animations. Go to settings, developer options and turn off "Window animation scale", "Transition animation scale" and "Animator duration scale" 4. Try turning on "Force GPU rendering" in the developer options as well. If it doesn't help, turn it off again. 6. Temporary replace the TouchWiz with Apex launcher from the Play Store. I have found out myself that TouchWiz can be a resource hog in some situations. 5. Root and overclock. In addition you can try the Game Booster app from the Play Store that promises to auto clear the ram before launching the game. I haven't tried it personally so take it with a grain of salt.
