A few things could be happening. First, depending on how you lost the weight, you could have burned off your muscle instead of fat. It is not a sin to have a pet snake. Snakes are creatures made by God, and they eat disease carrying rats and such. They are part of God's plan. In the Bible, Satan took the form of a snake, and tempted Adam and Eve to eat the apple. The snake was punished to no longer walk on legs, but to slither on its belly. Personally, I think the story is more Symbolic.

Do you have to feed a bearded dragon live crickets?
My daughter volunteers at a local reptile rescue center and we have had a beardie for 4 years at home. Mine will eat anything I put in his tank..live crickets, canned crickets, canned grasshoppers, live mealworms and fruits and veggies. In fact, as they get older, they should be eating more veggies and less insects. Vitamin dusting is necessary. Without it, they can begin having seizures (mine did as a baby) and it can become fatal.
