Should I Be Worried Or Not

Why are my son's not dating yet? I am worried.?

I have 19 and 17 year old sons who are not yet dating. I know that they are interested in girls but still neither one of them has of yet to have a girlfriend. They do not even get phone calls from girls and their not bad looking guys. My 14 year old grandson now has a girlfriend. My 26 year old daughter told me not to worry, that I should be glad; just to give them time. They are just not ready. Can someone please tell me should I be worried.

Should I be worried about not waking up from anesthesia?

We all worry about people waking up from anesthesia and take elaborate precautions to ensure you not only have successful surgery but also live to enjoy the results. It is very rare that someone doesn’t wake up. If you don’t wake up, it is usually because something happens during the operation that causes bleeding. Anesthesia complications causing low oxygen and brain in jury happen but are very, very uncommon. We have pulse oximetry, capnography and other technology to warn us early on that there is a problem. You should not have to worry about this.

Should I be worried that I'm 23 and never had a girlfriend?

Should I be worried that I'm 23 and never had a girlfriend?I'm almost 23 years old. I have never had a girlfriend before nor slept with one. I had some confidence issues when I was younger limiting me from asking out girls, but now I'm more confidence and asked out around 4 girls til today,All rejecting. I got devastated when they said no. Idk what to do!The first thing you must understand is that this is not a competition. There is no urgency or rush to grab a girlfriend and anyone will do. There is peer pressure at work here. You should not be worried. There is nothing wrong with you and if people make fun, just ignore them. It's hard being rejected, but four girls is hardly a lot in any real sense. It's better that a woman says no than you waste your time going out with someone who isn't interested. It could be that you are also asking the wrong type of girls to go out with you. Are you asking these ladies one on one, or in a public way because your friends are daring you? This will usually backfire. You can try being friends with a woman for a short while first, and if you like each other, then see if she would like to go on a date. Some people see an unexpected offer of a date as leading to sex so they might turn you down. The best advice is not to try too hard. The harder your push, the more you push people away, so try to be easy-going. Keep your eyes open and see who likes spending time with you. If you like her too, then ask her out.Ariel, thanks for the A2A.

My Girlfriend is Going To College. Should I Be Worried or Not?

me and my girlfriend graduated high school and are now going to college. shes going to go to a university and im goin to a community college thats right there on her campus. i know that we will see eachother all the time but im still worried. im just worried that shes going to just leave me for someone else or she might realize that she doesnt want to be in a relationship because college students have more fun that way...idk. i know shes gonna have a great time meeting new people, going to football and basketball games and going to parties if there are any. omg dnt get me started on parties. my girlfriend loves partying and getting wasted. i love to party but i know my limit. but besides those things we also have class and work so idk if we can chill as much as we do now. i mean im just worried about how all of this is going to effect us. its already hard enough because we are young. you hear everyone saying that its not gonna last because we're young. we have only been together for a short while but we have been the best of friends for years and we are so much in love. we want to prove people wrong about us being too young. its gonna be rough but its possible.

to basically sum everything up. i dont think im ready for this whole going to college thing but its gonna happen anyways. so should i be worried or will things work out?

p.s. we are 18 and been together for 6 months.

Is it OK to not to worry about anything?

Abstractly it might be OK, but practically not to worry about anything means to cease to exist. Do you brush your teeth? Do you eat? Do you drink? Do you work? Do you study? Everything you do has a scope that you care about, often a vital one; not worrying about anything would make doing or not doing what you do irrelevant. You eat so you don’t have to worry about starving; you brush your teeth so you don’t have to worry about their decay, you work so you don’t have to worry about paying your bills, and so on. So, my answer is: it is OK not to have to worry about anything; in fact it is both recommended and desirable, although almost impossible. But it is exactly because we worry about things that we take actions aimed at preemptively mitigating our anxieties. If we really didn’t worry about anything, we wouldn’t exist the way we do.

Should I be worrying?

Yesterday I was fooling around with a male friend. I'm a virgin and I'm not on birth control so I'm super worried and paranoid right now. He did rub his penis against me without a condom, but he wore one when we did anal, he did penetrate my vagina once, but I honestly can't remember if he was wearing a condom or not. I'm just super worried, I cant get pregnant because I'm not financially or mentally stable enough. I feel so stupid right now, because I should have been more careful. But he was only inside of my vagina for not even a few seconds ..I'm just wondering if I should be so worried?
