No you did not break your fast....Ejaculation due to voluntary actions like masturbating will break the fast. As you clearly mentioned, this was not your case...your case is like the one who fasts and sleeps during the day and sees a sexual dream and when he wakes up he see that he had an orgasm which was not intentional. Moreover probably what you saw was not sperm rather semen or the pre *** that occurs in the male organ when the person is excited. So based on such circumstances you did not break your fast. And Allah knows best. Dose Hugging Break My Fast In Ramadan?
I can understand your dilemma. But it is really not alright to be hugging males even if they are mates or in just a friendly way. Generally speaking, no it does not break your fast to hug your husband (in a non-sexual way) or kids, mother etc but random guys at school? I would think its just wrong to even let them hug you in the first place. Don't think that by setting personal boundaries you will come across rude. Just say hello and if they go hug you say no.

Same question applies to vapour for those of us who vape - the question of whether inhaling vapor breaks the fast is also subject to disagreement.

if you're not well and or taking medication that would not allow you to fast then you shouldnt fast because Allah says in the Quran: "God wants ease for you, not hardship." However you should try and make up the days that you have missed as soon as you're back to good health. inshallah i hope you get better.

What happens if you break the fast during Ramadan?
Assuming you are aware of the things that break/invalidate the fast, here is the ruling on breaking fast in Ramadan:Deliberately breaking an obligatory fast in Ramadan without any valid excuse i.e sickness or travel, by means of eating and drinking requires the person in question to make up for that day and repent to Allaah for such sin. There is difference of opinion between scholars if expiation is required in this case as it is with invalidating and breaking the fast by intercourse. The most correct view is that no expiation is required in the former case.Breaking fast by mistake i.e in case of forgetfulness regarding one being in the state of observing fast does not invalidate fast and fast must be completed. No expiation needs to be offered and the person in question does not need to make up for the fast. Allaah says in the Qu’ran (interpretation of the meaning): “but He will call you to account for that which your hearts have earned” [al-Baqarah 2:225]. Forgetfulness is not something which is earned by the heart.Note that something that enters one’s mouth or reaches throat without the person knowing it or wanting it or water that reaches the throat while rinsing the nose during ablution does not invalidate the fast.
