Brandy Melville online ordering issues?
The same thing happened to me! I placed an order for 3 items on August 15th, and did not receive an e-mail confirmation. When I attempted to sign in to check the status of my order/account, I got an "invalid e-mail/password" message. I've been calling BOTH customer service numbers several times a day for the last few days. One line is always busy, the other rings about 30 times, then goes to a quick busy. I sent an e-mail as well 3 days ago, and have not received a response. Here's the kicker..... I checked my credit card bill last night, and they CHARGED the full amount of my order the day I placed it, and they have obviously not shipped anything because I would have received it by now - that is a big NO NO! I will dispute my credit card charge today. UPDATE 8/23. I received an e-mail today informing me that my items will be delivered 8/28. Let me know how things are going for you. KAZIE ~ what type of customer service experiences had you had with them? Have you been able to reach them by phone and/or have they responded to your e-mails in the past? I'm just wondering how you were able to resolve customer service issues with them when they seemingly are impossible to reach after an order is placed....? Thanks in advance for your response.

so i just bought some stuff online at brandy melville and am kinda worried that they wont fit since its one size fits all so can u tell me if u think these will fit so first im 5'8 and around 120 pounds so im pretty skinny and im pretty flat chested the first thing i bought was one of their cropped bustier type tops and i bought a high low skirt so do u think theyll fit?? thanks:)
Brandy Melville Order?
I ordered from Brandy Melville on Cyber Monday. That day, the website servers were struggling to handle all the people on the website, so when i ordered, I was crossing my fingers that my order sent. I did get charged on my Paypal account, but I did not get an email confirmation and it does not show on my orders on my account. Should I be worried, or is this normal for the online website? Please let me know.

Should I order this much stuff from brandy Melville?
I wouldn't do it. I just did a order with Brandy a couple months ago and they screw up my order. I ordered spiked shorts but send me regular ones and a LA bones cover and sent me a California cover. Plus it seems like you are ordering over seas (Yahoo Austarlia I think), they will screw up the order I guarantee it. Plus, the ship out from their popular LA store and they SA girls are really mean and moody and don't check anything.
