My boyfriend gives nicknames to other girls?
I only know this because of an incident where he texted me when he meant to text his best friend who happened to be a girl. I asked him about it and he said he was sorry and it was a bad habit he gave nicknames to other girls. Was it okay to get mad at him about it?

The other girls probably also have a crush on him, you shouldn't be MAD necessarily, just observant and smart about the situation. Don't try and keep a tight leash on your guy, because he might feel like you're over-reacting, and trying to control him, etc. So right now he's acting out, but that's very rude of him to do that on Facebook. I think you should reconsider this relationship, because he doesn't seem to care about your concerns. I mean, are these girls his close friends/ know him well? If not, that's just inappropriate for them to nick-name him like they are very close to him; it also seems very fake.

I have been with my boyfriend for two years. I'm in love and we hope to one day get married. But I was recently snooping through his emails keeping track ya know, and I found some old emails from his ex. He was calling her the same nick/pet names as me and telling her the same things he does to me in bed. He even told her he wanted to marry her and have her kids. This is two months before we met mind you. I don't know if I should be sad angry or stupid. What should I do? I don't care if he knows I was looking through his emails. He shouldn't have to keep secrets if he wants to marry me right? There were no recent emails and we love on opposite ends of the state so I know they couldn't still be *******. But is he still in love with her? Am I just some placeholder till she takes him back? Well, anyways I just really need some advice :/

We have a long distance relationship, and towards the beginning he gave me the nickname Teddy bear because he thinks I'm cute and cuddly. By the way, we knew each other in person awhile ago(but we weren't friends. I hung out with his ex girlfriend, so he gave me rides), he just decided to move out of state last year or so and now we're dating(for about a month now). Every time I suggest a nickname, he rejects it by either chuckling, or just saying no flat out. I asked him why he doesn't like them and he said they're just funny. I asked why, and he said they just are. I don't really know what to do. He's my first boyfriend, but I'm definitely not his first girlfriend. Is it just something I'm not getting? I don't really want it to be a cute one. I think nicknames like Boo Baby, or Cuddle Bunch are stupid. I don't want it to sound like we just walked out of Build-a-bear workshop. So my suggestions were Loverboy, Handsome, Mr. H, Pretty Boy, etc. He rejects them all. It's been suggested by a friend that maybe he doesn't really like me(he says he loves me). I'm always so confused. And he's always on my mind. If he doesn't like me, then why would he stick around? It's not like I can "give him any". Oh, I can't forget. He gave an opinion, his suggestion for a nickname was one a friend of mine used for her ex. So you can see why I don't want to use it. I'm confused as to what to do. Whenever I try to think of a nickname that suits him, I just end up thinking about how little I know him. I figured seeing him would help(I saw him recently), but nothing came. Help? What can I nickname him that he'd actually agree to? I hate feeling rejected like this. And please don't say to talk to him about it, because I have.

The guy I like and I often converse over instant messenger...the name everyone calls me by is "maddy" it was very late and he said he was going to bed and said "sry madster" does this mean anything? I hate to be paranoid but I really like hime
