Should I Go Back To Blonde

Will my hair go back to blonde?

If you get a standard drug store box dye you could be stuck with a big brown mistake for a very long time. If you want to experiment with a color but you aren't sure if you will like it or hate it then try a temporary color that washes out in anywhere from six shampoo to three months. These are available at places similar to Sally's Beauty. If you hate the brown it's easy to wash your hair a few times with a temporary color. If you hate a drug store box dye you will need to use a color remover and these can be quite harsh on the hair. As a natural blonde who made the big brown mistake and then made it worse with bleach trust me, you want a temporary color first. Further: get a color lighter than you think you want. Dyes look darker on lighter hair and that nice milk chocolate color on the box could look almost black on your hair. Many browns look flat, cold and one-color. A warmer brown looks better than cool brown and can mitigate some of the one-color look. And finally, just because a color is intriguing and looks good on others it doesn't mean it will look good on you. So be sure you try a temporary color before making the big commitment to a permenent dye.

Go back to blonde or stay brown?

Well, I would say it depends on if you want to go with the emo look or the OC or Hills look...

I think you look really good blonde. Well you look good either way, but I like blonde better.

Can I go from my silver hair back to blonde?

So I have bleached my hair a couple of times to go from black bro blonde. My blonde had started to turn like a brassy color, an almost brown. So I thought that if I just used purple shampoo, my hair would be the pretty blonde it was when I first died it. It had turned silver though and I do not like it. Do you guys think that I can just go to the salon and dye it he pretty blonde it was WITHOUT using bleach?

How can I go back to blonde after dying my hair red?

The dye has oxidized (rusted) and attached itself to your hair. More oxidation with peroxide and bleach will not remove the color and will cause extreme damage to your hair. Reduction is the opposite of oxidation and is the best way to remove oxidized dye from the hair.Fruit Fresh contains ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Ascorbic acid is a reducing agent that is used to prevent fresh produce from spoiling (oxidation). Ascorbic acid will reduce the oxidized dye into a colorless compound. The haircolor was colorless before you mixed it with peroxide.See my video, Why Apply Dry, When Wetter is Better?Mix 1 ounce of Fruit Fresh with 1 ounce of warm water. Add 1 ounce of clarifying shampoo and mix well. Shampoo and towel dry hair. Apply mixture to hair. Cover with a plastic cap and heat with a hair dryer for 10 minutes. Rinse and shampoo with clarifying shampoo.

I had purple hair, and I wanted to go back to blonde, so I have put colour remover on, and it’s now gone light pink. What should I do?

I am sorry you didn’t ask for help before you did the color remover. You need to see a professional hair person now so that they can get you back to blonde and do it hopefully without any further damage. You need to deep condition your hair weekly right now before this shift back to blonde happens otherwise it’s likely that your hair will break.

SHOULD I GO BACK TO BRUNETTE OR STAY BLONDE?

Go back to your natural colour! my friend had this problem and had been dying her hair blonde since she was quite young...
Especially when you're dying it blonde from dark brown, the roots are super noticeable which means you'll have to dye it more regularly... so its hard to maintain. Also it kills your hair, people that dye their hair when they're young end up with straw-like hair when they're older... not good!
Also the natural look is always really pretty!
don't worry bout everyone noticing.... you probably wont be seeing them for a good 2 months because of summer so it wont be a big deal!
Im sure you'll look great with dark brown hair! good luck

Should I stay brunette or go back to blonde?

My parents and grandparents like blonde better but my Aunts and friends like it better brown. What do you think? I'm not asking this to be vain, I just would appreciate some genuine input so I don't waste $100. I go back and forth with what I like best. Thanks for your opinions!

I bleached my hair too white, what can I do to get it back to blonde?

It depends on the first# on the toner/color which determines how dark the color will be.The higher the#, the lighter the color. If your white, you are a lv.10 so choosing a toner in a lv.8–9 would be good, use with 10vol developer only for no more lift to occur.

Waiting to go back to blonde, how long do I have to wait?

So since I didn't get many responses to my last question I asked about this, I'll try again. Loooong story short, in the last year and a half or so I've dyed/bleached my hair (professionally and at home) about 5 times. About 2 months ago I decided I was tired of having blue hair. I used manic panic voodoo blue over already bleached blonde hair. I went in and the lady said she needed to dye my hair brown to counteract the blue, and she cut my hair really short (a line cut, lots of layers) so it would get rid of all the dead hair. I went in about 7 weeks later and got another trim. She originally said I would need 2 haircuts and maybe a color touch up (which I don't want because I hate boring brown) before I could go back to blonde. Did that, and took care of my hair with all the stuff she told me too and it feels healthy but now she's saying I need more trims and I'll have to wait until summer. I know she probably just wants my hair to be healthy enough but she told me my hair is doing way better than she expected so why the change in how long? My grandma just thinks they want our money but idk. Has anyone experienced something like this? Man I want to be blonde again already. Lol
