Which is the best horror PC game?

For me it's Alan Wake . Alan Wake is an action-adventure psychological horror third-person shooter video game described by Remedy as "the mind of a psychological thriller" and "the body of a cinematic action game" put together. In interviews, the game's creators hold that the game does not belong squarely in the survival horror video game genre. The game is primarily set in the fictional idyllic small town of Bright Falls, Washington. The main gameplay happens in various areas of Bright Falls – such as the forest, a national park, or a farm – during the night time; these are punctuated by calmer, non-combative sequences set during the day.The player controls the eponymous protagonist Alan Wake. In the game, a "darkness" is taking over humans, animals and objects. These enemies, dubbed the "Taken", are murderous shadows that attack Wake, wielding weapons of their own, ranging from mallets and knives to shovels and chainsaws. They vary by speed, size, and the amount of damage they can take, and some can teleport between short distances.Besides the Taken, the player must combat flocks of possessed ravens and animated objects. When enemies are close, Alan can perform a slow-motion cinematic dodge maneuver.

Why is it difficult to remember things from before 3-5 years of age?

I really feel that it's a combination of the development of self-awareness, language and plain physical development.  The difference in perspective that children and adults experience of the world may be a cause of childhood amnesia. For children, their physical perception of objects and their understanding of people and events are very different from the world of the adult. Moreover, an infant’s basic understanding of the universe, like object permanence or occlusion effects, is not innate at birth. This leads to a difference in retrieval cues used by the adult and those used by the infant, who will encode memories without many of these principles that are ingrained in the mind of the adult trying to recollect. This different context could lead to the inability of the adult to remember his earliest years at all. An infant's development of a theory of mind is linked to the ability to form an episodic memory, and the development of the ability to contextualize memories at the age of 3 to 5 may be the source of people's first retrievable memories. The development of self awareness at around two years of age has also been proposed as an explanation, where memories are inherently associated with one's sense of self, such that memories encoded before self-awareness develops are not comprehensible to the individual even though some information is stored in the brain.

Would a Linux based personal computer provide all the necessary functionality needed by an ordinary user?

Definitely! Everything a normal office worker needs is there. Everything a school / university student needs is there. Same for nearly all “work” you wish to do. And it doesn’t just stop with work, but games, social media, etc. are also already in most Linuxes. In fact you’re likely to see all of the programs you’d use in the above pre-packaged in whatever Linux you install, i.e. it’s there already (not even a separate install afterwards).Want to open web pages - done. Emails - done. Write memos, letters, even books - done. Set up spreadsheets - done. Create a presentation for your board meeting - done. Edit your photos to remove those red-eyes - done! Those are nearly always already in whatever Linux you install - just some specialized version may have omitted them from the default install. And even getting other stuff is extremely simple. In fact it’s the same as getting apps for your phone.Take parts of your home movies and collage them together - done. Want to create your own cartoons - done. Make, layout, review your own newspaper / magazine - done. Draw technical documentation, like CAD - done. Create 3d models for a game / movie - done. Etc. etc. etc. There are literally something available for everyone. Sometimes it is the exact same program you’d have used in some other operating system. Other times it’s just another manufacturer making a program which is similar. And actually very rarely is it a program completely different to what you’d have used elsewhere. The various Linux variants have all come along to the point where they’re at least as capable as commercial operating systems like Windows / macOS. As has the programs capable of running on them. In some cases they’ve progressed far beyond those, to the point where it would make better sense to ditch the commercial stuff in favor of something like Mint / Ubuntu / Fedora / etc. There are still some niche areas where you may find a program specifically made only to run on one operating system. Perhaps even something like needing to stick with an old unsupported version of one of the commercial OSs. Unfortunately Linux cannot always help you with these, though you could try to run those programs through Wine (if the program was intended for Windows) - especially if it’s an old program. If such does work, you’re much better off going with Linux, than to keep using an old unsupported OS like XP - if just because it would be updated to secure you against new threats.

How do Americans feel about the Saudis posting the picture of an Air Canada plane being flown into the Toronto CN Tower?

Not American. I’m actually living in Saudi Arabia. Anonymous because (y’know, I don’t want to end up being “lashed 1000 times and imprisoned” for speaking against the country). Here’s what I think. Saudi Arabia might be living in a 7th century barbaric mindset, but no way they have the audacity to commit another 9/11 attack. I’m pretty that even the little bit of intellectual capacity they hold knows what the result of that would be. So please, my friends, do not feel threatened. The world is with you, Canada.Second of all, even though the implication of 9/11 was quite blatant, Saudi Arabia justified the tweet by saying that it somehow symbolizes the Canadian ambassadors returning back to Canada on the Air Canada plane from Saudi. I truly hope that’s what it really was.Lastly, the question asks how do Americans feel about the situation. They all feel empathetic, and that’s good. The American government, on the other hand, has done an absolute shit job in condemning this or even speaking up. I think we all realize by now that Trump is nothing but a Saudi slave puppet. How on earth can we challenge countries like Saudi Arabia’s human rights violations when the “WORLD’S BIGGEST SUPERPOWER” is a SLAVE of Saudi???This isn’t even a big deal to criticize Saudi Arabia about. Only last week they bombed a school bus in Yemen killing 12 innocents, *cough* thanks for the military supply US *cough*. They literally are the head of the human rights council at the UN. Sorcery and witchcraft is a crime that can get you beheaded. Speaking an ounce worth of criticism or question against Islam can get you in trouble.
