Each subordinate should report to one and only one superior is called which of the following?

How can I have any of my superiors in my workplace be reported and penalized if all of the other superiors help each other out by putting in a good word for whoever was reported?

In an ideal world this would not happen. You don’t report one of your superiors to the other superiors in your department. You go to the central Human Resources Department for your whole company. They are obligated to remain impartial and to take your concerns seriously. They are bound to keep your information private and not talk to the other supervisors in your office. They should bring the single supervisor in and interview him/her and remind them that anything that takes place in that meeting is private and not to be discussed with others in the office. Then Human Resources will decide whether you have a legitimate complaint and might bring in an outside mediator to help resolve the issues. If you work for a small Mom and Pop company and there is no Human Resources Department, you can go to the Labor Standards Board or whatever it is called in your area. You are entitled to take your concerns to an impartial, private human resources trained individual. But, as we all know, in many cases the “superiors” in a company, especially a large company where you are just a payroll number at the bottom of the totem pole, pressure can be put on Human Resources to just get rid of you if you are a nuisance. They are counting on the fact that you won’t be able to afford a lawyer to sue them and that is usually the case because they can afford to spend vast amounts of money on the best lawyers. Sometimes it is better to spend your evenings and weekends looking for another job and then quitting the one with the unpleasant supervisors when you have another job to go to.

Anyway let them enjoy what they are doing because it won't last for long. the day will come when israel will collapse and then let them pary that god be with them because no one else will

How can I write a perfect monthly report to my boss on the progress of the job I was assigned, formally, without going wrong?

Managers use Progress Reports to help them see the details of a project as it unfolds. Sometimes they supervise several projects simultaneously, so simple-but-clear reports help them to evaluate progress, note changes such as cost, and think about potential problems. Many supervisors have a preferred format for progress reports, but usually managers will want to know:activities during described timeproblems that were encounteredappraisal of work (evaluation of quality, quanity, and prevalent attitudes)description of what will be covered in the next progress reportany key action reader might need to takeNOTE: Some suggest you keep the progress report form consistent for each  report on a particular project. If you use this format, check with your supervisor for approval. Hope this helps. Click below for . . .MORE INFORMATION on How to Write Progress Report (video)

Is it proper for a coworker who is not your direct report (boss) to assign you tasks or order you around?

If your boss says it’s okay or otherwise condones it, you don’t have much choice. Sounds like a not-so-great work environment.
