Yes, you can. There is no law against it. What happens if you tell them? They either ignore you and wait for the lawsuit, or they make a deal to avoid the lawsuit. What you can NOT do is harass the other party, or threat with bogus lawsuits.

When you lent the money did you have an agreement of when and how it would be paid back? You can claim in small claims court, but takes ages and costs you money. Dependant on how much you lent, why don't you mentally write it off as a lesson to not lend money again.

I did not look at the bottle i just drinked it not know its after i drinked it and felt kinda os sick like 4 hours later that i went and looked at the bottle and seen it was expired and the lid was all nasty. i'am not a happy sue i just got sick out of a drink and i thought that they should not sale outdated drinks what if i died. people here need to think what if that happen to your kid. all this stuff going on this days. store need to learn to have new product.

So you go and confront someone and ask for a solution to a problem making it only between them and you. But what if they refuse to agree to your terms (eventhough you know you can sue them anytime and have the proof to do so). Will it be a threat if you told them you are going to sue them unless you come to an agreement?
