How do you add white borders to Instagram pictures?
If you are adding white borders to your Instagram images I am assuming you are doing so because it will allow you to have a good looking theme. There are tons of ways to do this from photoshop to Instagram’s apps alone.However creating the white borders is extremely simple. My personal favorite app that allows you to do this is called Preview.This is how you achieve the borders once you have downloaded the app.Go to your photo editor section of the app and upload the photo you want to add the border to.Now select the photo you want to edit and tap the “Circle” icon.Click on the “Settings” (top left middle button) once you are inside the photo editing software.Select the “Frames” option. (There are tons of options to choose from)Then select either Aura (For a simple white border), Vela (For a vertical border) or Sole (For a horizontal border) or you could try Vela + Sole for a cool looking Instagram feed.Hope this helped and feel free to checkout my profile.

Hi, Im looking for an easy app like whitagram for iPhone but for mac to add white boarder to photographs making them square. Photoshop just takes too much time going through that many photos. Any ideas?

I know there is a new catch phrase around: "There's an app for that", but guess what...... not EVERYTHING is done via apps. Sometimes, we still need to learn how to do something and need to make an effort to get to the result. Other times, there really IS an app for it, but doing it yourself the "hard" way gives far superior results. Learn how to use a proper image "editing" program. Adobe Photoshop, PS Elements, PaintShopPro, Gimp or even Photoscape (the last two are free). Using a website is fine if you only want to do a few photos, but resident programs are the much better option if you have more or want to do this regularly. If it MUST be a free website, try http://pixlr.com/ or http://www.sumopaint.com/ or http://aviary.com/ .

I want my instagram pics to have thick white frames on all four sides and whitagram only puts frames on two sides. Do you know of any apps that will frame the entire picture?

INSTAGRAM- White background and move/minimize pictures?
I'm looking for a app that has a white background so I size my pictures to fit the Instagram required space. (I've been using the whitagram app) But I would like to be able to maybe move my picture into the upper right corner and have a white background as well. @ Kendalljenner has a picture of her pink nails that is like the kind of app I want (If you need a example look for it. Is there an app available that allows me to do this? basically what i want to do is upload instagram videos with custom aspect ratios, sort of like what Whitagram does (fitting the whole picture on a white canvas). help :)
