Since Zimmerman has already admitted his guilt, why are cons still defending him?
Zimmerman has a history of violence, attacking both a police officer and his ex-girlfriend (she filed a restraining order against him). Zimmerman also has a history of neurotic behavior which will come out at trial, to include the incessant "cry wolf" calls to the 911 number which had people on the other end thinking him to be a zealot, a bigot, and perhaps even a crackpot. Zimmerman was NOT injured at the scene, and he was NOT tested at the scene for alcohol or drugs in spite of the fact he was NOT on any official patrol or duty. When offered a chance to be examined by paramedics at the scene, Zimmerman declined. The white police officers allowed the gun-wielding bully to leave---no arrest or hold pending investigation, so Zimmerman had a chance to go to his brother's house and to his family's home to come up with a trumped-up "excuse" for stalking, then killing an unarmed teen. Only later, after all the media and citizen outrage, did Zimmerman have to come in for questioning, and by that time he conveniently had himself a "cut" on his cranium. The chain of evidence on that cut was broken---his own panicked brother or family member could have inflicted a "wound" as a COVER-UP of the crime. The voice heard screaming for help has been identified twice now by experts to be NOT Zimmerman's, and since there were only two people present the voice would then have to be young Skittles carrying Trayvon Martin, who had been talking to his girlfriend at the time he was attacked. The investigating officer first on the scene even told a woman he knew the police were engaged in improper bias (favoring Zimmerman, the white guy, over the black kid---not unusual in Florida, we know).
This is just my opinion on the Zimmerman trial.?
I think if you agree with the defense that you have no soul. Treyvon was just walking home with skittles and tea. Who cares if he was a thug the night before? The week before? What only matters was what he was doing that night. There are no what ifs. Treyvon didn't see the gun. Zimmerman wanted to kill him. He didn't have to. I hate how you people feel he is innocent. Kids my age (15) get into worse fights! If that was a life or death situation there would be more people dead. Zimmerman was wrong on all accounts. He had no right to make an assumption. He should of waited. Treyvon was a kid! He just turned seventeen. Treyvon was skinny and only 5'11. My insight is that you people haven't watched the full trial. If you did you would know that Zimmerman has lied on several accounts and has even caught himself in that lie. He is guilty. And deserves what ever sentence he gets.
Cons do you ever feel disgusted with yourselves when you defend Zimmerman?
Trayvon wasn't a fetus or a WASP so Zimmerman could kill anyone he wanted for all they care. They only get worked up if you talk about allowing fågs in the military or that we might stop bombing brown people in Muslim countries. Funny how they think that it is the liberals who are driven by emotions when they are abject fools and every single policy they support is intellectually bankrupt.
Why is the Trayvon Martin / George Zimmerman case such a hot political topic anyway?
Help me out with this, because I'm struggling to figure out why this case is a battle of conservative vs liberal, and why this whole thing has become so political. I mean, let's get real for a moment. There are black teenagers getting smoked in South Central LA all the time. Where's the media attention? Why is THIS such a hot topic? Because Trayvon Martin was black and because George Zimmerman is......(what is he anyway?) He's not white, so you cant' say this is a hate crime. Or can you? I guess my question is WHY we're all arguing over this case as if it has ANY political relevance whatsoever? Guilty or innocent, this doesn't affect me in the slightest. Or any of you for that matter. Especially if Florida "hold your ground laws" don't apply to you in whatever state you live in. So why all the hub-bub?

Warren (below) Color has nothing to do with my question albeit could possibly relate to the answer. racist responses before yours (not yours) clearly indicate that to neocons color is the first priority. I don't want ANY person be they black or white to go to prison for protecting themselves. That includes Zimmerman. The issue with Zimmy is he CREATED the situation by following Trayvon in the first place. If Trayvon were white and Zimmerman black I'd STILL insist he be placed on trial to vet all of the facts. If he is exonerated I am fine with that. This lady has been railroaded and not ONE neocon has rallied to her defense like they did ZImmerman which is the basis of my question.

ABC sure was shady about the Zimmerman Martin incident. Did everything they could to frame my man Z. Now they don't bother anymore. Why? They are finally admitting to THC in Martin's body as well as Zimmer's injuries amongst other things. Looks like another loss for the liberal news.

They didn't charge him because they describe something he describes in three different words, they charged him because HE F*CKING KILLED AN UNARMED KID, you asshole. If it was self-defense, fine, let the evidence show that but you don't send a guy walking without a trial after he stalks, confronts, shoots and kills an unarmed kid. What the f*ck is wrong with you?
