How does a beginner bodybuilder who is skinny get bulky? When will his abs be muscular and visible?

I'm 14 and I do workout but I'm afraid of getting bulky. I want lean muscles so any tips on what to do and what not to do? I don't really go to the gym. I have dumbells, that sit up chair thing and I do pull ups in the morning at a nearby park.

Yeah, I've always weighed more than I look (come on 130 & size 3... usually a size 3 person would be like 110). I was cheerleader in high school and had a lot of muscle and that's what caused me to be heavier. And even now, of course I'm waaay overweight, but luckily it doesn't show that bad. I don't have a tire or anything around the top of my jeans. But I have 38DDD boobs....sooooo...a lot of my fat goes there. Hopefully that will go away too. Most people agree that I look like I'm about 160 ( and that's my brutally honest family).

Best way to get THIN thighs and legs (not muscled or bulky) ?

girls don't get bulky like guys do, so I'd say running is your best bet...it'll tone your legs, but not make them big...

One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I'm still hungry, I won't eat as much as I would have.

It's better to eat 5-6 small meals than 2 or 3 regular meals each day.

You should drink at least 10 glasses per day, like 1 glass every hour !

How to get a bigger butt if you're really skinny?

I usually wouldn't tell someone to "eat more calories" but sounds like it would hurt you just don't over do it curves and fat are very different things lol but it would help you to gain some weight or if you just a a high metabolism there are some vitamins that will help, anyway all the while, you'll want to be doing certain exercises,

Don't listen to people who say you never will, cause it can be done, if you really want it, and it may take some time... but not forever, your probably already very beautiful so even if you didn't want to stick to it just be comfortable in your own skin, your only 5'5 and you probably have a high matabolism, so your not that much under your weight only by like 5 pounds, thats not that bad. but if you really want some curves I belive by sticking to this it will help alot.

I'm tall 6'2. I'm really skinny, My arms are really skinny and so are my legs. I weight around 140. I have been working out for 20-30 minutes, mostly every day of the weekend or at least 4 days a week. I have protein too. How should I drink it? I haven't started drinking it but it's half done.

No, not always. I'm 6′1 230 lbs at about 15% body fat. In high school I was about 170 pounds. Most people do not care how muscular you are these days. Plenty of them have guns for self protection. You are more likely to be profiled, judged, or shot during an altercation for having big muscles. Trust me, I know. It's not always an advantage.
