Skype Wont Load And Youtube Is Acting Funny

Skype wont load and Youtube is acting funny ?

This morning I tried logging into Skype but it would not load, all I would get is the Skype screen and logo, not even the buffering symbol. I tried many times but nothing happens. Now I go on to youtube and NONE of the videos will play, every youtube video I click will say " an error has occurred, please try again later ". What's going on ? I scanned my laptop for viruses and whatever, I restarted my laptop a few times. Nothing. What can I do ? If the info helps, I have windows 8, Internet Explorer, and Norton Security.

Can I be arrested by the police if I legitimately hack someone's Facebook account and delete it?

I do not know what legitimate hacking is. The question mentions that the person has hacked their own accounts. The problem with this is, even though you are hacking your own account, you are still breaking into Facebook’s servers. As such, you are still breaking the law. At least in the United States. The only legitimate hacking I can imagine is if you are only hacking into something that is entirely your own, or if you have been invited to hack as part of a white hat project to find holes. At any rate, you ask specifically about Facebook. As I have explained, even if you are hacking into your own account or the account of another person with their permission, in the US, you are committing a crime. Will you go to jail? Probably not. The reason you probably won’t is because it is unlikely anyone will know that you hacked the account, because no one is going to complain. However, if Facebook becomes concerned due to something you do and decides to investigate and is able to identify you, and/or Facebook goes to the authorities, and the authorities are able to identify you, you certainly could be arrested, charged, and potentially convicted of a serious crime.
