Sleeping disorder? Help!?

if you dont produce enough seratonin (the happy chemical) then you wont produce enough melatonin (the sleeping chemical)
and seratonon is made via contact with the sun. see when the sunlight enters your eyes your body immediately start this production. the sun isnt bad like corporations want people to believe, sun screen cause skin cancer not the sun. the sun screens are full of carcinogens that are absorb via the bloodstream.

also you may have gallstones in your liver, see gallstones are caused by uindigested food, especially toxic food. such as MEAT and dairy products, these things cause gallstones and disease. they are super bad for the human body.
this is why i turned vegan, and this is why i did the "liver flush"
this isnt some surgeroury, no see you remove thesegallstones naturally.
all you do is for 3 days eat a vegatabel diet, while drinking malic acid, (found in apple juice and apple cider) which softens these stones. on the 3rd day you eat 2 meals normal breakfast, and one big lunch. you dont eat for 5 hours, and you take a laxative of epsom salt, (natural laxative derieved of sea salt) this opens your bile ducts, one hour later before sleep (or if sleep isnt optional) (then before relaxing for 4-5 hours)
you drink extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice togehter. this will tigger tremendous bile flow, (which makes you feel somewhat sick in some cases) and this realeses gallstones, its painless and you will then see these stones floating in the toilet. yup its true.
and see these things are toxic substances that has all kinds of effects of the body, including SLEEP cycles .
this is how i learned of it, changed my life forever, iv done the flush again 9 times, it truly works, and as a vegan who doesnt eat processed junk food, i feel 100% great and healthy

What is my sleep disorder?

I have always had sleep trouble. For the past couple of years I would have these parasomnias where I was like in a trance or something. I would be asleep but I was fully conscious of where I was (usually). For example, after a soccer game I would go to sleep normally and then wake in a parasomnia where I could see the whole room and think to some extent but I would see the whole soccer team in my room playing a game and I was afraid that if the coach saw me laying down then he wouldn't put me in the game, so I would just sit up. Another was when my room was completely dark and I thought that I was in some strange attic. I then starting screaming cause I couldn't find my way out. I remember both where I was in my room and where I was in that strange attic...sort of, it was very dark in that dream. But now I don't fall asleep until like 1 or 2 every night. then i wake up at 4 and fall asleep and then wake up at 6:30 for school. when i get up for school it is so hard that i just want to die! please help!!

oh by the way my doctor said that it may be Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder after i mentioned the parasomnias.

Parasomnia and sleep disorders? Help!?

So I used to have night terrors as a kid but they ended when I was very young. I also used to sleep walk occasionally when I was a little older but that ended as well. I still am often told I sleep talk when sleeping with friends in the room but I'm pretty sure sleep talking is not a sleep disorder?

Anyways, last night, while at a sleepover with my friends I suddenly say up in bed and was screaming bloody murder over and over again. I know that this is a characteristic of a night terror but then I woke up. I think that with night terrors, you don't wake up and you don't have any recollection of the event. However, in this instance I believe it was triggered. Apparently during the night, something fell off my friends shelf and made a Loud banging noise and then i instanty sat up and started screaming. But when I woke up, I had no idea that something fell and I never heard a banging or don't remember hearing any noises. I know for a fact that I wasn't having a nightmare and it wasn't just being startled. I was sitting straight up (possibly thrashing a little) and I was screaming erratically over and over and in a very terrified way. After I awoke, I was terrified and I had no idea where I was but then it all came back to me. I'm 16 and I had no idea what that was. It terrified my friends though!

So my question is, what triggered that? Or what was that? Is that common or has it happened to you/someone you know? Any answers you have would be greatly appreciated!

How do I get rid of a sleeping disorder?

You should discuss this with your Primary Care Physician(PCP) and ask for a referral to a Sleep Specialist. The Doctor may very well try to put you off, by telling you that you are in a critical phase of your development and that in a year or two, you will have forgotten about it. (This could be true, it is typical of your age and sex, to have sleep disruption. Teenagers are notorious for staying up all night and sleeping all day.) This should all be covered by your National Health Insurance. If for some reason you don’t have a PCP, you should ask your parents to get you an appointment with a Sleep Specialist. However, you have multiple markers for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Most PCPs are not well trained in picking up the symptoms of OSA. A sleep specialist can make a good diagnosis of OSA in a single exam, and will schedule you for a Sleep Study if it is a positive diagnosis. Don’t worry about the sleep study, it is mostly harmless, and will change your life for the better if it turns out you do have OSA.Thanks for the ask, and let me know how it turns out.

Please help-nocturia sleep disorder?

That is a tough problem. I give you credit for being so honest and open.
Are you taking any medication that might cause this to happen?
There is also a doctor called a Urogynecologist.
Two months is a long time to wait for your appointment.
See if you can move it up to an earlier date.
There will probably be something medical that can be done to help you.
I hope you will be feeling better. Best Wishes.
