I'm going to try to give you some advice,as I used to be in this position as well.As to blocking stuff on your computer and Phone? Well you can block some sites in your computer settings, just look it up somewhere online. As for on your phone? It would depend on how you would look it up, like if you would go to a site or get it off an app from the app store. I think the biggest thing you need to help is willpower. I know its hard but you can do it. Second, try to find someone or something you would try to stop for. For example, I tried to stop because I started to like this guy, and I would make up really random things like " If l look at porn then he won't like me anymore" even though i knew me looking at porn would have nothing to do with the chances of me liking him, I kinda pranked myself and I haven't looked at any porn for like 2.5 months. What I just said about the pranking myself, is trying to find a reason to stop. If you find a really good reason to stop, like as if what if your parents caught you looking at it, how would they react?
