I've seen a lot of exaggerated questions on Quora. But most of them made sense though.Many people mentioned about the management, they were involved in betting. So, the entire argument saying that CSK as fixers and the entire team is involved in this dirty saga is pointless.And there were some people stating people who were in CSK was given preference in the Indian cricket team. Names were also taken- Jadeja, Mohit Sharma. Jadeja was once ranked number one in tests and ODIs. After Kohli's captaincy, he's donning only the white jersey. He's currently ranked number 4 in bowling in tests. Mohit Sharma had 2 excellent seasons with CSK. Why should he not be picked?People accuse Dhoni of taking all the credits. Please don't brand me as a hater but this is pure comparison. I looked at the playing 11 of RCB. Uncapped players were Mandeep Singh and Pawan Negi. In CSK, it was Deepak Chahar. Mandeep Singh and Negi are experienced campaigners. Deepak Chahar hardly had any chance to prove himself. In CSK squad, they bought 8 youngsters/rather players who haven't been given proper exposure. In other teams, I think the count is equal/less. And even if the other teams didn't say it explicitly, they are also not here to train youngsters. Stakeholders invested millions to win and not to train.And to answer your second half - The entire nation is happy. Have you seen the Twitter battles? Did you watch people chanting CSK even in the away stadium? Did you see the crowd cheering for Dhoni when he walks to bat be it home or away? Have you seen the video which went viral when an MI fan who was cheering for MI up until that point and changed his jersey to CSK when Dhoni walked to bat?The hate is due to jealousy. The hate is due to their inability to understand the betting saga. The hate is due to Dhoni being so successful. Yes, we don't have any neutral fans like DD or RR. People either love us or hate us- but that's how people treat top teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona.
