Why do I feel a slight vibrating buzz when I rub my hands over my MacBook Air?
This happens on my Motorola Xoom too. It has metal body and you can feel the buzz if you move your fingers on it while the AC charger is plugged in.I tested it with a multimeter and it showed 110V RMS open circuit voltage (i.e. about half of the mains voltage) and 20V RMS @ 0.6 A with my body in series. The charger does not have a ground pin, I am pretty sure the charger is leaking AC into the device body.
