Will someone explain to me why people hate liberalism so much?
I think people hate the idea of being financially obligated to a corrupt healthcare system and they are lashing out. The country has always been generally divided on topics of freedom and both sides seem to be equal in the number of freedoms are willing to allow. I want the freedom to own a weapon without having to register it. I also want the freedom to object to pharmaceutical company run healthcare. But that doesn't mean that I automatically have to support the denial of the right for two people of the same sex to get married or even to polygamy for that matter. You all don't have to take sides, we need to stop trying to control people that aren't harming anyone.

You have to watch it several times to really get it. This is my take, His mom stood by him all his life no matter what he did, drugs etc..., and she leaves a message for him on the phone checking on him, she then dies and he never gets a chance to talk to her again. He's saying I would rather she hate me than for me to hurt her with all my bad behavior and making her worry his whole life.

Hate and love are both emotional opposites and can occur at the same time. This is not because of one that the other occurs, but because it is normal for our minds to find the oxymoron nature of our lives contains the need to argue whether a thing is right or wrong. And before this question is resolved both apply! It is healthy, providing it does not reach obsessional levels, but the claim of one opposite thing coming from another is weird. I have for example a small picture that is sufficiently ugly to be beautiful too. But the attitude of "love me I'm horrible" of certain political leaders is not true.
Can someone explain to me in a logic manner why......?

Can someone explain the movie 'The Life Before Her Eyes' to me?
Someone else here posted this: The title gives it away: "The Life before her eyes". Right before you die they say you see your life passing before you. She is actually the one who got shot and died not her friend. The movie tells you she had an abortion. She picked the baby name Anna with her friend which we saw in the little crosses. And the child in her life flash is also Anna and is always running away from her and she is searching in the woods for her, this represents her feeling of loss over the baby. Also her child tells her "you hate me". Which is her guilt for aborting the child, that the child would think she hated her that's why she aborted her, again her guilt. What we see in the whole movie is what passes through her mind the moment before she decides to sacrifice herself. She knows her friend is pure and she feels she is not. In her flash she shows you she feels she is a slut. She's very critical of herself like she is weighing her own value compared to her friends the whole time. The movie is what her life could have been. She was the woman with her husband only since it never happened because she died that day it was her seeing herself which is the whole premise of the movie, her life passing before her eyes. You notice you never see the friend in her adult life. Also, she tells the woman at the memorial she is "not" one of the survivors. And her mother cries her name in anguish the moment she is shot. Mothers know this type of thing. Her mother knew it was her. I think it was very clear. There is no way a college professor is going to be with a 17 year old girl it was all her fantasy and proof this was just her life and what it could have been passing before her eyes while she made the decision to die so her friend could live.
What should I do if I feel someone just hates me for who I am?
There are two possible scenarios here.1) You are who you are and aint doing any harm to the person who is hating you or aint doing any harm to the society as a whole.2)You are doing harm to others and the person who is in the question and that person hates you.In both the cases,you very well can ignore the person.If the scenario is 1st nothing in this world shall make you feel low about yourself,leave alone a single individual;even if the whole world hates you,you should be happy.Because the correct equation isway you feel ∝ way you behave;but the award for most implemented equation goes to way you feel ∝ way people look at you and yes this also happens to be the most incorrect equation.If you are doing your duty and carrying out your responsibilities not even death can wither you away;because your deeds have imprinted your name in the table of the champions forever :)If the scenario is 2nd( we cant always assume that everyone having this question in mind is innocent ) we shall start analyzing ourselves,it feels difficult at first but it is easy :) .If you don’t feel it easy,repeat this sentence to the mind,I cant let the temporary identity(of this birth)ruin my permanent identity(Divinity).We should imagine ourselves in the footsteps of those who hate us and analyze how we behave .We should think how will we feel if someone else behaves like we are behaving.Note down all the wrong things you observed;promise to yourself not a single one will be repeated.Always be ready to take the blame for the wrong you do;soon you will realize you are habitual :) .And don’t worry there are always things that can be done to repay for our past deeds . Do good to those who you wronged in past and that shall make you feel good.Gradually you will realize everyone loves you :)
Is it okay if I love someone who hates me because of a misunderstanding and no matter what happens she won't ever take me back even as a friend?
Hi!If you love someone and if you value your relationship then misunderstanding should have no place, Speak to her and explain her the facts.We all argue, we all fight but if we value our relationship we would never bring it down to a point where we dont give a damn or we don't care.Mum’s are always over protective when it comes to her child so you should not take it to heart or take it as a pinch of salt. Did ur mom ever critize you? If the answer is yes then mum's are mum's :)If she has gone beyond (critizing) then better clear her doubts and see if she could help you to clear the air between you two just a guessing work because mum's are very good at this.Misunderstanding or misconception are human error and should be rectify ASAP.I know how u feel but we cannot force someone to accept us in there life, it's her choice and decision to be a friend to you or to consider you beyond it.You cannot feel same for other because you know the fact that it was misunderstanding and misconcepts that has turn your relationship in sour.So either accept the fact that unfortunately things happened and move on or clear the differences.
Why would someone hate another person for no good reason?
Hate is a strong word, so is this an emotion you’re dealing with personally, as in you believe someone hates you without cause? Or is this something you’re dealing with as far as not being able to point specifically to why you “hate” another person?I’ve found over the course of my life, the only action that represents how hate is defined is “indifference”, and to actually focus seething passionate loathsome and bitter malicious contempt for another who’s actually done you no wrong by any stretch of the imagination, imo is called psychopathy, and then you have an answer for this type of hatred, as it is spurred on by envy, as they see something in you they’ll never have, or most likely some awesome trait you possess they know they are abjectly incapable of ever possessing for themselves.Persons with APD/NPD again imo are not people at all, but demons in human skin, who in someway gained entrance to the host, probably during a time of severe child abuse, under the guise of befriending the then innocent.It’s what works for me in having to somehow reconcile how I went from super healthy, super hopeful, super empath, to a heart problem, with complex PTSD, Anxiety disorder, and panic attacks, along with some dissociation,and crippling edema, which when tests are done will most likely end up being congestive heart failure, and as I know the only true agenda I had with this woman was to see her succeed in life, and have joy in the process, I recently said I hated her, actually told her, and the number one reason is that I’ve never hated anyone before this, but her inability to drop the victim act, when she’s all but destroyed me, cheated on me serially, lied pathologically, smeared my name, and mocked my God, I can no longer say I love her, and I’ve fantasized of her meeting great physical harm, and I hate that I’m allowing those thoughts. So I hate her, because she introduced me to hate, and has in essence kept me at hate’s table.
