Can someone help diagnose me?
I don't need someone professional i just need to hear what you guys think.. Okay so i already have been previously diagnosed with OCD and Anxiety disorders. I obsess about anything that sticks in my mind, and i am afraid of certain things like narrow hallways, or the positioning of a room, its really weird. I have been to psychologists they don't help me. Also i don't know what it is but i am never satisfied with the cellphones i have. Right now i have the iphone but i am not satisfied, is that really the problem? Another thing i have is that i am too nice and i don't know how to stand up to these people that are mean to me, and any friends i have i try to push them away which i don't know why. People have been horrible to me especially this year. I am 15.. ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED! thank you all
Can someone help me diagnose the issue with my car? (VIDEO)?
A little back story: My car a 1995 318i has been having a bit of issue with overheating lately. It overheats basically when I drive for too long. Now I need my car so despite this issue I would still use my car to drive to my job literally 1 minute away. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Recently: I turned my car on to be greeted with a loud POP afterwards of which my car is unable to maintain a steady idle. It constantly revs up and down with a loud hissing or kind of a turbine noise. i'm not sure what the issue is exactly the problem is but any help would be appreciated thanks. They're actually starting to say that anyone diagnosed with IBS, or anyone with symptoms of IBS should be checked for celiac disease. If that sounds like something that may be going on there are a couple of really good message boards that you can visit to find out more information. www.glutenfreeforum.com www.celiacforums.com Your doctor might say that you can't have it because you're tall and not skin and bones. But that was the old information on celiac. They have found just in the last few years so much new information that they're having a very hard time getting all the information out to all the doctors. Which is why the NIH (National Institutes of Health) has launched an awareness campaign geared specifically toward doctors and other healthcare workers. See the NIH page I gave above, and look at the link regarding the awareness campaign. Most doctors aren't aware of even as much information as I've given in just this short answer. One of your turn signal lamps is burned out. Either have someone stand outside your car and tell you which one is burned out, or just flip it on each direction and walk around your car. Look on youtube for instructions on changing it.
Can someone help me diagnose a condition with my Red Emperor Japanese Maple?
Signs of overwatering - Leaves turn yellow, dry up and fall off the plant. Signs of underwatering - Leaves turn yellow, dry up and fall off the plant. Do not prune crumpling leaves. They will fall off on their own accord. Japanese maples like moist, well drained soils. Water is as important as oxygen to the roots of all plants. Water in the soil displaces oxygen. If the soil is constantly wet, then there is insufficient oxygen in the soil for your roots to function and you risk root rot. Rot the roots and no moisture gets your leaves, the leaves turn yellow, dry and fall off. Underwater and the same thing happens to the leaves. You need to water deeply and infrequently. Monitor the soil moisture levels, not the leaves. Use your finger to probe the soil around the tree's root ball. If the top 2-3" is dry - water. If it's moist - do not water. Deep infrequent watering promotes root development. Deep infrequent watering trains a tree's roots to seek water. Deep infrequent watering promotes a more drought tolerant tree. Let the soil dry a bit between watering so that oxygen has a chance to penetrate the soil. Japanese maples do not like hot, dry winds. They fry in hot, direct sunlight. Proper siting provides dappled shade and protection from drying summer & winter winds. I have witnessed more than one Japanese maple shed its leaves when transplanted on hot, windy days. Early in the season they have time to set new buds and leaf out again. Late in the growing season and they will go dormant early and leaf out the following season.
Could someone help me diagnose what's wrong with my computer?
ok. first check your volume settings. control panel, sound and audio devices, scout around there and see if any of the volume levels are muted or set to low. see if that's the problem, if not next, see if you can play audio CD's or so.. that will help determine where the problem is. if you can hear audio from CD's but not from youtube then it's more of a internet/browser thing. try reinstalling your browser and see if that helps. if you end up not hearing sound from both it's probably a sound driver error.. in that case try reinstalling your sound drivers. also not sure about this, but i wonder if browsers also have volume settings.. don't know for sure, but i don't see why they wouldn't :/ or it could also be a virus or corrupted files. you can also try doing a registry clean with CCleaner, and a virus search with your preferred software.
Can someone help me diagnose these symptoms: dry cough that gets a lot worse when lying down?
I've been taking Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom Severe for the past week and it doesn't seem to be doing any good. In fact, my symptoms seem to be getting progressively worse. When I am in a sitting position, I feel as though there is a pepper caught in my throat, and the back of my throat feels achy and dry. Despite this persistent sensation of an itchy lump in my throat, there is little to no coughing when I am in an upright position. However, shortly after lying down, I am plagued by an incessant, violent dry cough that prevents me from sleeping throughout the night. When I just got up the coughing subsided significantly although I had acute ribcage/ upper abdominal pain- probably from the excessive/ ridiculous bout of coughing. Is there a cause for concern here? I do not smoke by the way and as far as I am concerned I am not allergic to anything.
Is it possible for someone to diagnose disease only by looking at someone's used clothes?
Mostly no. In certain metabolic diseases, sweat can have typical odor. For eg, in trimethyl aminuria, sweat will have fishy odor. That doesn't mean that you can diagnose it easily. If you find a shirt with fishy odor it would mostly turn out to be that he had contact with fish or he was near sea, rather than having the disease. Because metabolic diseases are so rare.
Can someone help me diagnose a fuel pump prob. on 93 Grand Cherokee?
i own a repair shop,a i think you might have a bad connection ,at the point where the wires connect together for the pump,its almost on top of the tank but i think you can still get to them without having to take the tank down on it,and also check the ground wire real good for it this will cause it not to work all the time also,i have done a lot of the jeeps and they always seem to loose ground back there at the tank for some reason,but you might get lucky and not have to pull it out of there good luck i hope this help,s .
Help me diagnose my car problem?
ive been noticing that when I drive my 1994 grand marquis ls car sometimes when I accelerate I feel the back of my car shaking like maybe the tire or tires shaking but it usually only happens when I accelerate and when I slow down it stops. I just got the back 2 tires changed for some new ones about 4 months ago and like I said they are brand new but I cant diagnose it. can someone help me?
