You may damage him for life if you do anything at all about ti,its completely normal,in fact in an age when everyone is complaining about bullying in school,its very refreshing to hear it. My son has told his son not to kiss his grandad,I went mad with him,its absolutely crazy,you still see grown up sons kissing an elderly father,its not natural to discourage boys from showing affection to another boy ,its nothing to do with sexual orientation at all at that age.
