Sony Sd Card Is Corrupted In My Android Phone Can Not Get It Back As It Does Not Showing Anything

My SD card will not format, or add/remove files. It's not locked, or write protected. What's wrong with it?

Well if you have formatted your SD card as internal stogare (adoptable storage as in Android Marshmallow) then you'll have to format it from that Android phone itself. It is encrypted to work with that device only & won't work with other phone or PC.I'm assuming that as you said you flashed custom ROM, you might have tried out that feature in Android.OrThe sad partYour SD card might have reached it read/write cycle limit. Every storage device has a certain read/write cycle limit. Once you cross that limit your device is unusable.(Using torrent apps too adds to more read/write cycles of that device).

My SD card isn't showing up on Xperia Arc S?

If the memory card is already being recognized by the phone it will not give you the "Mount" option. If your phone is not recognizing the memory card try to remove and reinsert it. Please make sure that you're using a MicroSD of 32GB or less.

Can't delete Corrupt Videos and images. Android?

Hi everyone. I have a small problem in my xperia u android phone. Corrupt images or videos in my gallery can't be deleted for some reason. And they don't appear on the file manager as well. For example I downloaded a few videos my friend sent me. After deleting them after a few days, they come back! But only the corrupt file and thumbnail. Is there any way to delete them permanently?
Thanks

Ps. I can't use my pc to delete them as I would need Sony's media go to access the files and I can't use me pc currently as well.
Any ideas?

if it doesn't work you need a new SD card

Can a micro-SD card, in its SD-Card adapter, be used in a DSLR camera?

I bought a SanDisk Ultra 32GB Class 10 micro-SD card that I was going to use in my BlackBerry smartphone but never did and never will since I have an iPhone now and can't use it in it (gee, thanks apple!).

I thought to use it in my Nikon D5100 DSLR camera. Can a micro-SD card, in its SD-Card adapter, be used in a DSLR camera? It's a 30MB's per second type of card so I imagine it would work for taking rapid-fire shots (4 pics/sec) like a regular SD-card would. I did actually try it and it seemed to work okay but would it be reliable?

What do you all think about this?

Thanks!

Btw, here is the exact micro-sd card that I have in case you want to see it: http://www.sandisk.com/products/memory-cards/microsd/ultra-class10-for-android/?capacity=32GB

HELP!!! Sony Ericsson W580i saying "insert SmartChip"?

I don't know what happened but the last time I used my phone,
I was at the mall and I turned it off. That was about it. Then I was going to call someone then I saw it was off. As I turned it on it beeped. Then the black screen said "insert SmartChip".
I think that's the Sim card, right? I got really scared so I turned it off and checked my Sim Card. It was fine so I took out the battery and placed it back along with the Sim Card and I turned it back on! But it STILL told me to insert the Smart Chip!!!
Please! I really need someone's help what do you think happened? Do you think I should call ATT/Cingular?
