No. George really takes great care as to what goes in the story, and how things play out. If he does not think his heirs can continue the story that he created, then that is up to him. The reason Star Wars is so excellent is because he filters the collaborated ideas. If he allowed somebody to take over who does not share his exact vision then that would be really bad. He will entrust somebody else to it. Just because they are his heirs doesn't mean they can continue his work. If the author George RR Martin wanted to continue A song of Ice and Fire doesn't mean he would let his heirs do it.
