Starting Rip 60 Soon

Starting Rip:60 soon & want to take supplements in addition to the nutrition guide, any recommendations?

I already take protein shakes twice a day on the days that I work out at the gym, as well as, Amino and glutamine and many Vitamins. But am looking for more of a guide on how I should take my supplements.. Please help.

Is this guitar worth anything?

I have a Sakooa acoustic guitar that was my father's from the 60s 0r 70s. I had the strings replaced and was trying to start playing it (totally difficult!) and if I don't get into it soon I'll probably sell it. Is it worth much?

Also, any tips for getting started with guitar (if I do keep the acoustic)? Not sure if I want to take any lessons yet, I just want to get a basic understanding of the instrument first. I play piano as well.

Size question RE: stuffing ;)?

One of my friends is a film student, and hes been making a cheesy 60's-70's cop show rip off for class. Its well funny. And I play one of the parts in it. Costumes we've got are brilliant, flares and big sunglasses and crazy stuff like that. AND. we stuff our crotches. We just use rolled socks.We were all getting changed one day, stuffing crotches and whatnot, and it hit me how stupid the size matters debate is.
I figure we're around about the same in the basement, and with the addition of socks, (especially in the leads-bigger socks) Things down there start to look and feel a bit silly.
It was good for a bit of fun, but if I had junk like that all the time I think I'd feel a little wierd. It felt way to front heavy, especially without a shirt on.
QUESTIONS:
Is size that important?
Ever tried crotch stuffing? What did u think? Any suggestions for something more comfortable than socks ;P?
Did people back then actually dress like that

How to get RIPPED?!? Lose weight and gain muscle?

Do I need a workout plan and diet plan or what? I just want to get ripped! That's my goal for this summer it to by the end have a 6 pack. I know how to eat healthy that's and having a motivation is EASY for me I just don't know how to do it( get ripped)

Can you get ripped doing push ups?

Last week I started doing push ups around noon. I started with 200 on the first day. Now I am up to 350. Start by doing my max, around 60, and then 55, 50, 45 etc until I hit my mark for the day, which goes up by 50 everyday. I take two days off per week.

Is this going to get me ripped?

Its very possible because the condom ripped. I knew a girl in high school who got pregnant this way the condom broke. So there is a change that this girl could become pregnant. How will she know? To be frank anytime someone has sex there is a change a pregnancy could happen even with protection. The only 100% birth control is not having sex.

What types of machines and exercises would you suggest someone who is starting to work out use? What sort of schedule should I stick to?

While not technically a machine, Suspension Strap Bands like TRX or Rip-60.Amazing for building stability throughout your body. Once stability is established then you can move on to the hard weights. But Suspension Training is no joke and you can get extremely fit with it.But as a start, simple suspension bands can start you off slow while you build till you’re doing some pretty amazing things with your body.Unfortunately, there are too many videos on suspension training to pick just one as an example. So, go to Youtube and take a look at what people are doing with suspension training (Searching “TRX workout” will get you a lot of good results.)
