How do you stay skinny without exercise and without starving?

The Plain and simple - The solution to this is by periodically determining what your Daily Caloric Needs (DCN) are and then trying to stay close to that number of calories. I say “periodically” because Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) will fluctuate as you grow older, lose/gain muscle &/or fat and raise/lower your cardiovascular fitness. A person’s BMR is affected by many things.The more complex - Determine what your DCN is can be challenging. On days you are colder, move more, drink more water, and are sick, your needs will likely be higher. On the flip side of that, on days you are warmer, move less, drink less water, and feel fine, your needs will likely be lower. Also, the type of calories you put into your body can influence how hungry/thirsty/warm/cold you are, which in turn can influence how many calories your body burns in any given timeframe.

Does starving yourself make yer waist thinner?

im sorry every 5 minutes a question about starving yourself pops into my head and i just have to ask , its only cos i wanna be thin so bad because loads of girls in my class hav really skinny waists and i feel ugly and i made up my mind that i will starve and only eat a small bowl of rice ever day after school and on the weekends eat nothing but drink lots of water and gum , so does starving yourself f make your waist thinner which then should make your arms and legs thinner to or else it wouldn't make sense am i right ? oh and again i love that u guys are so straight up with me and tell me what i need to hear and im glad your all telling me the truth ,thanks again x

When you starve yourself how long does it take to actually get skinny?

Why so drastic? - at most all you really need to lose is a few kgs, to reach a healthy weight.
I'm the same height as you & consider 71Kg as not significantly over-weight for a teen. For an adult woman, it's actually considered a healthy weight using the BMI.

Why not be sensible and and live a balanced healthy lifestyle - Eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise often and smile more.
That way, you'll lose any excess body fat without depriving yourself and you'll keep the weight off as well.

If you starve yourself will your legs lose weight?

I aske a question about starving myself but they answeres that say that ur metobalism whatever it's called goes down then ur body hangs on to the fat u have u might get skinny but when u start eating normal again ur body will get fatter and it will be harder to lose the weight so i'm not doing that to myself
I read that runnin up and down the stairs is a very good workout for the legs and butt
