Sudden Health Issue Anyone Put In Their Input And Help Me.

I need help on my thesis statement about poverty?

Homeless people in America face a LOT of problems. Among them are dehydration and terrible avaiability of facilities for good hygiene. We really can take a sink for granted. Emotionally most homeless people are depressed. They are the invisible, most of us avoid them because either we are afraid of them or we feel they are only approaching us to ask for money. Homeless people also avoid each other because they have all of their assets portable and are afraid of other homeless people stealing what they do have. Many programs for the homeless don't work IN ENOUGH TIME. There are a lot of good programs, especially for women and children where you can walk into a center and get a place to sleep that night. For grown men, it is different. There are not as many programs available. There is an 'approval' process that takes too much time. A great way to improve poverty is volunteering your time and donating anything that would be helpful like blankets or non-perishable food items. I'm nearly 30 now but I was homeless when I was about 10 years old. I remember what it felt like. After a short while my family lived in a shelter and most homeless people that I got to know had something that brought them there that was not easily overcome. Examples include: death of spouse, unemployment, sudden health problems, abuse etc.

Had a weird dream about my renewal of vows. Would anyone care to give me their in put? ?

Last night I had a very weird dream. I was dreaming that I was planning the renewal of vows, with just me, my husband and our son in attendance.
Then all of a sudden I needed to go the the bathroom, take a home pregnancy test. Then when I opened up the master bathroom door, and yelled, "HONEY! It's positive.Just then saw my son, with these two little girls in matching dresses. These little girls couldn't have been more then a year old. And my son looked at me with a smile on his face, and said, "Mommy, aren't you glad you didn't plan the wedding without them?"

I then stepped out of the bathroom and I was dressed in prettiest dress I could ever imagine on myself. That's when I woke up.

Let me say that I've been having dreams of having twin little girls, since before I got pregnant with our son.

Ok! Can anyone give me some input as to why I had this very weird dream?

BTW: The renewal is being planned for march of 2011.

I suddenly have rusty looking water coming out of my faucets?

First of all, you say that this just started. Has it continued, or was it just a temporary occurrence? Do you know what type of water pipes you have? Galvanized steel pipe, will, over time build up mineral deposits(iron), inside the piping system, and periodically, some of these deposits break loose. The water will appear rusty or brown colored. A multiple vitamin has iron in it, and they don't harm you, so don't worry about health issues. The sight of the murky water is not very appealing though. Another possible cause could be that the water system had a break somewhere upstream of your home, and dirt and debris were swept into the pipes, and distributed into all the houses downstream of the break. A water heater is a tank, full of water, fed by the cold water system, and if rusty water was pushed into the tank, it would take sometime to flush all the rusty water from the tank. You should start by draining the water heater, and see what comes out of the tank. Proper maintenance of a water heater is to drain some water, not all of it, 4 times a year. My suggestion, open all the faucets for about 4 to 5 minutes, and see if the water color clears up. If it does, my next suggestion, put a whole house filter in the line, as it enters your home. An accessible location is recommended, since you will have to periodically change the filter cartridge. A location suitable for a little water spillage is recommended, and if it is located outside the house, make provision to insulate the whole assembly. I hope this helps!

Does cymbalta really help with anxiety?

I have been on some type of benzodiazepam (xanax, klonopin, etc,) for about 7 years. I really hate having to take these kinds of meds, so I asked my doctor to cut my klonopin in half. He put me on cymbalta (for depression AND anxiety). So my question is, for those of you who take this antidepressant, does it REALLY help with anxiety? I am terrified to stop the klonopin completely. My doc swears by it, so I am trusting him. Please, anyone who takes this drug for the same reasons, I could really use the input.

I feel very sad and like crying for no reason, why can that be? I need an advice from someone, please.

I can understand your condition. Because few of the things happened with me. I was totally depressed and was suffering  from severe panic attack. I was a bit different from you that I had many friends but none was loyal with me and the worst thing was I used to believe everyone at once and when they ditched me I just felt shattered. The thing I lost in my Life was TRUST. I was good in everything but you know PEOPLE  they can't see anyone being the best, so they just defamed me this much that I couldn't walk out in front of others. They used bad words for me. They tried to finish my confidence and you know what? they won. All happened what they actually wanted. I was finished. I lost my life I was on tablets. I started problem in breathing. And then I started fear of death. No one can understand what was i going through. But.......... Then once again something happened in my life again,  that a friend came in my life and ditched me so badly. It was the last time that it happened.i then realized that who is the enemy? N u know wat your and mine enemies Are same, that's our mind. Ya its our mind which make us like this. I just changed my mind and the world has changed for me. U just change your thinking your life will get changed. Just try it..... Once, twice or thrice just keep thinking positively. Just let everyone go to hell. Just b ur own friend. Read books, start writing diary and burn it, listen to the music. I just did it same. N now m a happy n healthy women. M 28.  a mother of two kids. N enjoying my life. Are SSRI's and SNRI's (antidepressants) dangerous medicines with serious complications?? Please help!?

I just really want to know how other people view the newer antidepressant medications in general. If anyone has any comments good or bad I would really like to know. I would also love any input from people who have or do take these drugs or doctors who prescribe them.

The reason I am curious is because I was put on Effexor (an SNRI) for irritable bowl syndrome and I also have been going through some rough times so I figured the medicine might help both problems. I did notice some change in my mood and it definitely helped my IBS. Unfortunately, I have apparently been experiencing some dangerous side effects of the medication. My heart rate is 140 beats per minute when I am sitting and my blood pressure has gone from low to high in a time span of two months. The cardiac issues I suffered as a result of Effexor are potentially life threatening if not stopped or treated immediately. The doctor said I either needed to get off the medicine right away or take MORE new meds to treat my cardiac issues. I am 20 years old and in perfect health other than IBS and occasional migraines. I thought it was crazy to give me another medicine with possible side effects to negate side effects from another medication that I really did not need (especially not at that cost). Effexor also gave me very frequent severe migraines. Now I am facing a probable withdrawal syndrome when I taper off and I am nervous about how it will effect me.

It seems like this is a very dangerous medicne to be prescribing to people who are not mentally stable. They get better only to face depressing withdrawals or have to take this medication (which can have serious side effects) for the rest of their lives.
