What is the best summer workout plan?

Speaking from persoanl Experiences, Eat healthy and 4 times a day, Drink lots of fuids during a days time but not at one time.
Ok, NOW are you running a mile every day yet.
It will help your hreat be stronger and if your not a Runner, or refuse that, then Tennis is going to be a bummer after while, you also can ride bike at least 6-8 miles evry day this summer, Go to a park or School football field, and Run 40 yard dashes, dont need to time yourself at all.
Do 2 with only 5 seconds in between, then walk off the extra 20 years of the footbal firled to other end zone. Soon as you touch that line, 2 more back, same way, then take a 1 minute break, check your heart rate a good one will be about 16 heart beats in 15 second, maybe 17. Then do side to side glides from one end to the other, waite 30 seconds and come back again take a 1 minute breat.
Then run backwards 50 yeards, and imediatly front 40 yeards, then backwards 20 yeards, and then finish the last 30 front to home. realy sprint, it will help a lot., Have you got a jump rope? and the sit ups and swimming would be great also, to do 5-6 laps a day, if possible
Just get out and start sweating at 14 years of age.
If you have some work incorperate the workout into your work, wehter it be walking faster, or holding your stomache muscles when walking up and down steps, Thats another thing you can do at home, Go up and down your steps if you have a 2 story house, or the deck steps, do this about 5 times fast. Hold your breath and time yourself before you eat dinner.

I'm traveling to Europe this summer, can you help me plan my itinerary?

Totally agreed with other two posters about using the train. I love this site: The Man in Seat Sixty-One and always use it to plan my rail travels. He suggests various options of stops when you want to travel long distances and his site is very informative.Last summer, we flew from Amsterdam to Dubrovnik and travelling back just on the train through Zagreb, Budapest, Prague and Berlin. I would go as far as Budapest if I were you as the city is beautiful and the ancient steam bath is a must try. We also went to a little-known place near Budapest called Tokaj. It’s a wine region famous for sweet wines. Definitely worth a try if you have time. Perhaps this post would inspire you \U0001f609

I need help with alaska travel plans for next summer.?

Don't know if you've booked your flights yet, but consider this: Home-Barrow-layover Anchorage-Home is likely cheaper than what you proposed. Certainly would be on Alaskan Airlines. And if you're doing award travel on Alaskan Airlines, a domestic award will take you all the way to Barrow AND allow one layover of unlimited length (FAI or ANC or SEA). I've done that trick a few times.

Another routing alternative would be to fly ANC-Barrow and take the train to Denali and back. When you're 15 feet in the air, you see a lot more and you don't need a car in Denali - make sure you reserve spots on the park bus (or a private tour bus). You could fly to Valdez and take the ferry back (you wouldn't be limited to the car ferry then) And catch the Alaska Railroad from Whitter to Anchorage.

You've got a good survey of the whole state planned out. Sorry Seward was a bust for you, the day cruises into Kenai Fjords NP are great if you can keep your breakfast down (get Scopolamine patches!). That would be my only big alternative suggestion - consider Homer and Seward in leiu of Glenallen and Valdez.

I enjoyed checking out Barrow. There'll be continuous light in summer. Coolest would be September during the whale hunt (I've seen them bring in two Bowheads) and then you'll likely see northern lights. September (and May) are also nice because it isn't peak season and the cooler nights knock down the mosquitos.

In Anchorage, the Native Cultural Center is great. The Museum of Art and History is good. Stop by the Anchorage zoo on your way home if there is any critter you didn't see in the wild.

I thought Frontier Park / AlaskaLand in Fairbanks was good. A tiny bit hokey, but pretty good. UAF has some nice exhibits. There's a diplay about the pipeline a little ways out of town.

Valdez-Whittier is more likely to have calmer water than Seward but consider that you're making it a critical part of your routing (actually, I guess you could just drive back to Anchorage).

Hope that helps.
