There has been a suspicious car that parks in front of ladies homes from 9 am to 12 pm and follows them. Thos has affected the whole neighnorhood. Authorities have been contacted numerous times but never able to get there in time. My question is if I can legally post flyers around my neighborhood warning neighbors to call the police if they see this suspicious character driving this certain car??

Then it parked accross the street. Last night it was just parked in front of the house, in the middle of the street. No one ever leaves the car, no one goes to the car, nothing..it just sits there, usually with the front lights on. Then eventually it drives off. Does this sound suspicious, or am I being paranoid?
