Hi, I am 19 years old and have thought about receiving a tattoo for a long time. I am a virgin, and I ultimately want to save and respect myself until marriage. I originally wanted to have the inscription "I have decided" and the bible verse Proverbs 4:23 (Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. NIV) done over my pelvic area. I am quite set on getting the tattoo, but I am not sure if the pelvic area is the right place. I don't want to seem like a tramp, quite the contrary, really. Is the pelvic area a good idea?
