What are the techniques, tricks, and tips to capture good images with a 2MP camera?

There are some rules like rule of third which you can always follow while clickicking. Remember its composition not quality which makes the photograph great.. One thing i find very advantageous with mobile photography is its portability i.e you can take it out anytime n make photograph.. You can upgrade your phone to moto g.. Its a good phone.. Some of my pics are below..There are many more. These are taken with 5MP moto g.. Happy clicking..

How you get a good picture of yours clicked? Is there a technique to this or a specific pose you give?

Having tried my hands on Fashion photography, I think following factors must be taken into account while capturing a good photo:PoseIt’s the first thing people notice in a picture. Look for body posture, the chin position and the angle of subject with respect to camera. For example, a good maternity shot is always taken from side to show the belly curve. A double chin can be made less evident by just making a slight change in chin position.EyesIt is not an overstatement to say that eyes are windows to the soul. Bright beautiful eyes put a lot of emotions in the picture.CompositionThere are fundamental rules of composition like leading lines, symmetry, breathing space etc which make picture pleasing to eyes.LightingThis is another key aspect of photography. Where are you capturing the picture? Is it indoor or outdoor? Is it a one light setup? Pose is tightly coupled with the lighting. If it is outdoor, do you like to place the sun behind for hair back-lighting or in the front?TimingThe time of taking pictures is important. In the day, the sun is very bright and its light is very harsh. Light is soft during sunrise and sunset.DressingThe colour and style of dress adds another pleasing factor to the picture. There is no such rule of which colour to choose. Usually contrasting colour pleases the eyes. But I have seen good pictures with non-contrasting colours too.Social presenceinstaglamofficial.comInstagramAashish Barnwal Digital Canvas

What are techniques to make an open mouth smile on a picture?

Nice question.I personally know few people who pose very well, but a look at their smile…and it….ummm…looks weird.Smiling can make a drastic difference in your picture. Yeah it shows how happy you are.How to make an open mouth smile? It's not difficult. But not easy. Here's what I do to get those sweet smiles captured on screen:Either look at your screen or look away (candids are the trend ya) and then think of something funny. Then laugh. And at the same time, click.About taking picture with a smile, look at your cam, then give your best giggle/chuckle. Depends on you. And click. You can click multiple times and delete the photos except for one in which your smile looks like “PERFECCTT”.You don't need any help for this, but you certainly will need practice to post like those selfychics’ selfies. But I assure you, DO this kind of smile. It will give life to your picture. Let your happiness fly free. Let it fill the screen.THE IMPORTANT PART IS……IT LOOKS NATURAL…All the best!!Aayisha Hannath

Is it normal to have blurred vision after looking at a Magic Eye picture?

I recently stumbled upon some Magic Eye (or Stereogram) pictures for some blast-from-the-past type fun. I've always been able to see the 3-D images they create, but it has always left me with blurred vision for several minutes after looking at one. I'm wondering if this is normal. I've read articles explaining how Magic Eye can help REDUCE blurred vision, but I've never seen anything that says it can CAUSE it, even temporarily. I find the Magic Eye pictures interesting and I really enjoy them, but I am concerned that they may be doing more harm than good for my eyes. I am lucky to have perfect 20/20 vision and would hate to screw up what I've been blessed with just because I'm easily entertained by something that may be harmful. Does anyone have the same issues with these pictures or have any helpful info on them?

What are some points and tips to look pretty and stunning in photos?

A couple things that I've noticed, and some things that my photographer has told me.In terms of makeup, highlight things that you want to show more than anything else. That could be your shoulders, legs, cheek bones, your nose etc..If you like your legs, elongate them (extend) in your photos. For example, if you are sitting on a sofa, extend your legs to make them look even longer in pictures. There are certain techniques to make your lips or your bust fuller (if you're a girl), which is just an illusion. Wear lipgloss on your lips and slightly add a highlighter to your cupids bow for the plump effect. For your bust, wear an underwire- pushup-padded bra. Doing these things will help make your breasts and lips fuller by using light as an illusion.Lastly I would say is to dress appropriately according to your body shape and size. Wear black (depending on your background) to make you look slimmer. Wear vertical stripes to make you look taller and horizontal stripes to make you look wider. Don't clash patterns. Solid colors are usually the best, but then whatever is appropriate for your photoshoot. These are some tricks that have been taught to me, or that I have picked up. I hope these help.

Makeup Advice on Achieving this Heroin Chic Look? (pictures)?

I love this look and have done this for clients many times. The best way is...

start with a good light weight (not in color) foundation. You also don't want a matte foundation you want a bit of shine. Try Bare Minerals or the new Mineral Powders from M.A.C.

Find a neutral eye shadow just a bit more rose/ light pink then your eye lid. Simply place the foundation as a base then place the shadow over just the lid.

You need a good dark brown eye liner. Powder works better for me in this instance or a creamy pencil . For pencil try Clarins. They go on smooth. Line the top lid just above the lashes and the inside rim of the bottom and just below the lash line on the outside corner. Smudge the bottom a small bit with your finger or q-tip.

Follow with a natural colored blush on the upper apples of your cheeks.

A pink gloss. Almost the same color as your lips.

Brown mascara. It will almost look black but will bring out the hazel in your eyes. Make sure it doesn't clump or you will look like a crazy bunny.

Sounds like a lot but once you get it down it should only take 15 minutes start to finish. Good luck.

What techniques do food stylists use to make food more appealing in photographs?

There are tons of little tricks…. Using a wire hanger and torch to bring out better grill lines, or spray oil to give better color to pale breads, for example. But really there are just a few basic points that make up 90% of what is a good food photo. I’ve spent the better part of the past year improving my photography.First and foremost: lighting, lighting, lighting. After that, the most important thing is lighting.Once that’s covered, you should invest in better quality lighting.See this? Terrible lighting. I couldn’t use this photo. So I worked out my lighting, see that white box at the bottom? Homemade bright diffused light box.Ok. You get the point. Lighting is everything. Use daylight bulbs at high wattages. Use diffusers or reflectors to keep lighting from being harsh. I did this for like $30 homemade. After lighting there are a few other things that make a big difference. Staging is super important. Use nice plates. Make sure they are super clean and have no streaks, fingerprints, or scratches. These will show up in the photo and you can’t fix it afterwards. Make sure every grain of rice is in a perfect spot. Make sure no noodles swoop out onto the rim. Make sure your sauces sit perfectly. If there is chaos, make it intentional. No detail is too small to focus on, because with a good photo those extra ten minutes make a difference for as many years as you will use that photo.Clutter. Don’t do it. Top out at three or four items in the image, and try to keep a white item of some sort Incase you plan on editing. This will help you not over filter. See this one? Waaay cluttered and terrible lighting on a bad camera. It makes a big difference.Color. Choose colors carefully. Like any other photo, color, shape, and layout matter. As does every single detail.Finally. One I could use! I’ve use this photo on dozens of ads in social media, on signage, in brochures. It’s one of about 15 good photos I’ve gotten in the past year.Story. Use secondary objects that convey the story you’re telling. Use a spoon, some of the dried Chile’s used in the soup or a chunk of bread to tell the story. Put a glass of wine behind the shot of the cheeseboard. And after all that, take 200 shots of that bowl of soup from 100 different angles. Move a few thing around and try again. Take more after that and then some more again. Getting a perfect shot isn’t easy, but if you’re using it for your business it’s worth the work.

I need tips for my senior pictures tomorrow. Please?

Tomorrow is my senior pictures and I need some tips. I really want to have a good picture, more than I would for my regular school pics.
As far as makeup, I want to do a really natural look but not look like I'm not done up. I also need some recommendations for a good waterproof eyeliner.
As far as hair, mine is chest length because of my extensions and I'm wondering if curly hair is the best for a formal picture.
And I'm thinking about doing some little diamond studs for jewelry, to keep it simple.
Any tips are appreciated.
