What happens when a person in jail gets sick?
All county jails must have some type of infirmary or at least a nurse on duty.If one gets sick they tell the guard or fill out a form and get to see whoever is on duty.Jails are notorious for providing very poor medical care and there is very rarely a doctor on duty. The nurse will provide all of the care which her license lets her and usually calls the doctor on duty.Normally all medical care is farmed out to medical services outside the jail an there may be one doctor on call for several jails.If it is an extreme emergency then the jail calls 9-1-1 and paramedics arrive and guards accompany them to the hospital.All of your hypothetical questions can be answered by the fact the jails provide poor medical service. As far as someone becoming terminally ill, jails are not equipped to handle this while prisons are. Remember, a jail is to hold someone while waiting to post bail, awaiting trial or serving a sentence of 1 year or less. A prison is for people who have been convicted of a crime and are serving a longer sentence.I have interviewed several inmates in jail and have found the care level is nominal. I can't speak for prisons however I would imagine they are pretty much the same.There have been numerous cases of prisoners dying or not being attended to properly in jails and prisons over the years numbering in the thousands.
Male werewolf names?
I've finished writing my other two stories and now I want to write a werewolf one but I'm having trouble coming up with names for my three male characters. Here's a brief background and distcribtion on them; They've been trapped in a tomb for the past centuries and a half and have barely escaped five years ago. They come from ancient bloodlines of royal wolves and are very powerful. The alpha is a good but brutal leader and is both feared and loved. He has black hair and gray/silver eyes. I'm thinking of naming him Lucian (Luca) the beta is much meaner and keeps to himself. He has dark brown hair and dark brown/black eyes. The third in command is the youngest and most nice. He has light brown hair and green eyes. They lost their mates when they were trapped but fall in love again with three other girls (the narrators). I know this question is annoying but I could really use the help. Thanks Btw, the girls names are Dianne, Selene, and Phoebe.
What are the worst times to get an unwanted boner?
Tl;dr Me & a good friend of mine, (a sexy-looking girl but not a girl-friend) were travelling in a bus (it was a 2-hour journey). Climate was pleasant, we were in a nice mood & were chit-chatting some random stuff.She got a call from her DAD, who appeared to be very angry on her. I couldn't understand the exact reason, but could only guess that he shouted & scolded her a lot. After the call ended, she was crying continuously. I tried to console her by saying that whatever the reason may be, things will happen the way they are meant to; but I am there to support her in whatever best way possible. I patted on her shoulders & tried to wipe the tears off her face. Suddenly, she hugged me tight, saying, "Thanks a lot. I really appreciate you for staying besides me, even without asking what the matter is!!" The hug was only for a minute-or-so, but I could feel the warmth of her body & her heavy (but soft) bosom rubbing my chest.I don't know whether it was her perfume, or the breeze that made a wisp of her hair that wandered on my face or the chemistry between us, but I got an instant boner !!And to my bad luck, the bus stopped. She was hungry, so asked me to get something to eat. I thought to myself - - If I avoid getting down the bus, she will feel bad.- If I do get up, she will definitely see the boner (it becomes clearly visible in standing position) !!If was thinking of some reason like food is not hygienic here, lets try at the next stop...but later came up with an idea.I got up, immediately tucked-out the shirt from my pants and walked rapidly out of the bus. Went to the store, bought the food, but had a hard time settling the boner down. Do American conservatives believe that minorities are crying wolf when it comes to racism or is it more a feeling of life's not fair, get over it?
I’m going to be controversial and provocative. I am an American (US), generally a conservative, and a racist. Wait! What did he say? I am a racist. Now get ready for the bombshell… You are a racist, too.I don’t want to be a racist any more than you do, but it is impossible for a human to not be somewhat racist. We are ultimately a product of our experiences, our education (formal and intrinsic), our environment, and a whole hogshead of other things. Accept it, own it, and deal with it. By recognizing your racism, you can try to mitigate it, but you’ll never make it go away completely.Now to answer the question: I think that there are very few American conservatives that deny racism exists. Yes, life’s not fair and that will never change, but we can try to address unfairness when we encounter it. The question is disingenuous because it calls for an either/or answer to a complex issue. I think that there is some “crying wolf” when it comes to racism. I also think that life is unfair and we have no choice but to deal with it. But my beliefs about racism in America lie somewhere other than the two choices. If crying wolf is a 1 and life is unfair is a 5, my beliefs lie somewhere around purple. Racism certainly exists. In the US it has gone from being very overt to being much more subtle. And minorities have recognized that sometimes they can play the race card to their advantage.As a conservative with heavy libertarian leanings, I would rather see racism addressed in the home through example and education as children are raised, than through the government attempting enforcement of morals. The fact that racism still flourishes in some people, but has become more subtle demonstrates that civil rights legislation can only go so far. If you want to reduce racism, teach your children and remind them to teach their children.

What are some good historical fiction books for teens?
They are not about war, but Ruthanne Lum McCunn wrote a few historical fiction books. A Thousand Pieces of Gold and The Moon Pearl are among them. I interviewed her a few years ago. She writes on stories, told by her Chinese grandmother and other family members, dealing with the gold rush, immigration etc... My teen daughter read the two I mentioned and really liked them.
I accidentally locked my bedroom door and the keys are inside?
I'm always losing stuff in my room every time I left it unlocked. I went to my room and as a habit I accidentally locked it. My keys, my bag, everything is inside. How can I open it? I cant unscrew the hinges because my door has molding all the way around. What can I do aside from calling the locksmith. Please be as specific as possible. Thanks
