Red things they wear in the premier league?

In Europe November 11th is Armistice Day (or Rememberace Day).

On November 11th people wear poppies (the little red flowers you saw on the shirts) to remember those that died in the two world wars.

People wear poppies because they were the only flowers that grew in the battlefields of Belgium after the fighting in World War 1.

On 11th of November, every year at 11:00 everybody stands still and falls silent for 1 minute. This is because the Armistice was signed at 11:00 on the 11th of November 1918, to end World War 1. It's said that we fall silent on the hour when "the guns fell silent." Unfortunately not all guns fell silent at this hour and tens of thousands of young men were sent into battle in the following fortnight, and died.

Is Andhra Pradesh's new capital city Amravathi a good place to invest in real estate?

For last 2 years land rates have skyrocketed in Amaravathi region. All most all the villages  that come under the capital region have seen the land rates zoomed 20 -50 times of their original prices in 2013-14. There has been a lot of speculative buying happened in this area expecting a beautiful cosmopolitan city of Amaravathi will be built with in no time. The media and politicians have played their roles very well in marketing the new capital city. But the big question is can we Invest there now?My straight answer is NO.  It is the common sense that really matters.I could not buy when the land rates were 10-20 lks /acre I really feel bad for  that. But now I need 2-5 crores to buy the same land.  If I invest now, will my 2-5 crore investment become 10 crores in coming few years?  I seriously doubt it. In fact I would have sold my property by now if I had bought a land in the AP capital area, I would have  taken out the profits and moved back to Hyderabad or  some other districts where property prices have seen 30-50% correction.I sense there is a lot of venom in the Real Estate market in the mask of  AP Capital Amaravathi, let us give some time to the real estate market in this region to purify itself from that venom(speculation, abnormal  hype by media) then only we can take an investment decision.A person who ran very fast with unexpected speed, will definitely have to stop and take rest for enough time, then only he can start his next run.  Same is the case with real estate market in Amaravathi, AP Capital. It has to stop its speculative run on its own, take rest for few years, flush out all its venom called over hype, match with reality. Then it can start its next run.So what i do is I will preserve my money, wait for a correction in price or time. When I find a property which provides me a "value for money"  then I will have no doubts to invest in AP's new capital Amaravathi. Finally I would like to quote "Market follows the Law of equilibrium". No human being or external force  can control the market, if at all the market is controlled by some external forces or human beings it is only temporary. The Market will re-adjust itself towards its equilibrium just like the earth adjusts during earthquakes.
