This Court Order Is Confusing

Restraining order...But she lives in the same apartments. Confused, HELP!?

Im trying to put a restraining order on this lady that lives in my apartments, Because she is harrasing me, wont stop texting me, comes and knocks on my apartment door and if nobody answers she looks in the windows. She is now threatening that if she see's me or my mom outside, it "wont be pretty". Im 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. Home alone most of the time, if she wasnt as psycho as she is, i wouldnt be scared. But i am, because i know what she is capable of doing. ANYWAYS, how can i get a restraining order, and if i do; if i see her at the apartments pool for example, does she have to leave? Im so confused!

What is your opinion on the Madras High Court order, dated July 5, 2018, to IIT Kanpur about JEE Advanced 2018?

Let’s not debate if Madras high court decision is right or wrong as there will be biased views from both sides. Let’s see the impact of this decision: Whole rank list has to be redone which may lead to losing of current allocated seats to many students. These students might have left other counseling such as BITS, IIIT Hyderabad etc. They might have booked railway/ air tickets, hotel accommodation etc. what will happen to them? To do justice to one set of students, is court not doing injustice to thousands of other innocent students. If for sake of argument, we consider that IITK is wrong in giving marks to students who did not answer some questions in two decimals, what is fault of students? Why they should suffer now? The whole problem with Madras high court decision is timings- its too late to give so called justice to few students at the cost of injustice to thousands of innocent students. I hope good sense will prevail in two judge bench or finally in Supreme court to prevent negative impact on such innocent students.

What if the plaintiff's attorney disregards a court order that was issued 2 years ago? The case is still ongoing.

The plaintiff’s attorney is unregulated and is not obligated to render good service. On the other hand, the judge isn’t obligated to follow the law or even her own orders either. Here’s how the courts work:Your state’s Introduction to Rules of Professional Conduct, available from your local Supreme Court Law Library. They’ll send you a copy by email for a fee. Your attorney is unregulated and doesn’t have to represent your interests. They are bound by no Rules.Your state’s Rules of Civil Procedure 15.4, available from your local Supreme Court Law Library. They’ll send you a copy by email for a fee. Your attorney is empowered to wave away all of your civil rights and legal entitlements without your consent or knowledge. No law or Rules of Evidence apply.Your judge can “moot” a criminal investigation by admitting to the bribes and retiring. No prosecution.I made Judge Angela Arkin retire in admittance to bribes in the Triple Paid Guardian ad Litem Court Scam.

HELLPPPP this is super confusing ASAP BEST ANWSER!!?

I don't wish to be rude, but:
1. It's hard to believe that if you have been in class and read your assignments, you could not answer these questions.

2. This is the **RUGBY** section, and many, perhaps most people who routinely are here live outside the US.

3. Doing students homework assignments for them is one of the poorest uses we have for the internet. Having somebody else give you the answers is no way to learn the material, and without such basic knowledge, it is unimaginable that you can become a meaningful participant in the business of your country. Yet, you will have the franchise. Sigh...

@Bill P:: No, and Yes. Maybe students are like this elsewhere, but they sure are here. Her assignment was probably due about 10 minutes after she wrote this.

Please answer! Confused with homework?

Problem: Jim is repainting a free throw key of a basket ball court. The free throw key is made by combining a rectangle and a semi circle.

Free throw keys base: 19 feet
Height: 12 Feet

In order to know ho much paint to purchase, Jim will determine the area of the free throw key. What is the total area, to the nearest whole square foot, of the free throw key?

The diagram looks like the thing inside the circle: http://www.fundamentalsfirstbasketball.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/50-Formation.bmp

Can the decision to enter palliative care be forced on a confused family by doctors and nurses?

Can the decision to enter palliative care be forced on a confused family by doctors and nurses?Palliative care is a multidisciplinary approach to specialised medical care for people with serious illnesses (frequently chronic) . It focuses on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, physical stress, and mental stress of a serious illness—whatever the diagnosis. The goal of such therapy is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family. (definition from Wikipedia. bracket comment mine)I’m wondering if you are confusing Palliative care with Hospice care. They are NOT the same. Hospice is end of life care where a phys. has determined that a person likely has 6 months or less to live. This is covered by Medicare (if the person has Medicare already), and, I believe, by insurances.

Appellate court dismissed our appeal against lower court order we filed writ petition seeking stay of appellate court order the judge asked which order to stay since appellate court simply stated appeal dismissed without any order?

If they dismissed your appeal it could be because it was filed in err. Check your procedure and make sure you followed the appeal procedure to the letter.
