Tips For Growing Very Long Hair

Hair growing tips?????

Healthy hair growth starts with good nutrition. Your hair needs certain nutrients to grow properly. This can be achieved by getting enough of the right fats, vitamins, and minerals from your diet, or from dietary supplements. There are also some other supplements that may also be able to help, like saw palmetto, Pygeum Africanum, MSM, and grape seed extract. I like Caribbean Hair Grow. You should talk to your doctor before you do, or take anything, and also do your own research (wikipedia, pubmed, etc.) as well. Hope this helps...

How do I grow long hair as a guy?

You just let it grow.I started growing long hair 2 years ago and never took much care of it.At one point, my hair became long enough that I had to tie it up; still, it was short and I did not know how to properly tie up my hair. That period was pretty miserable.Hats were my good friend. Then, around one year later, my hair grew beneath my shoulder. And even longer… (this is one and a half year… maybe…)At this point, you have many more choices. You can let them down naturally, tie them up, or go back you old friend the hat. You can even do some styling like temporarily curling it:The curling apparently failed and I never figured out how to use a curling iron…But in general, I think growing long hair is pretty simple and you just go with it. When your hair blocks your eyes, tie it up. It is also important to use some conditioner when you wash you hair.Good luck.

How long does it take to grow long hair?

Depends on what kind of hair we're talking about. You'll have stubble in a day or two. Head hair will take a month or so to grow back out to a short length, and most likely years to grow out long. For body hair, it'll be undetectable that it was ever shaved in three to four weeks.Hair Usually grows approximately 6 inches a year, so in a week, it would be about an 8th of an inch, a half inch in a month and 6 inches in a year. Other variables would also be that hair grows more in the summer than the winter in the colder regions.A few things that you can do to ensure that your hair follicle remains healthy and your hair is undamaged so it grows the quickest it can, are:Take an inexpensive daily multi vitamin such as ‘ One-A-Day’ or even ‘Flintstones.’ Your hair likes zinc and biotin and both of the above mentioned vitamins contain ample amounts of these. Don’t waste your hard earned money on ‘Super Vitamins.’ Your body only requires so many vitamins per day and simply discharges the excess. You can’t put twenty gallons in a ten gallon tank. In some instances, over dosing on supplements can actually be fatal.Do not brush your hair. With every stroke you damage your hair more. Brush only as much as you need to style your hair, then stop.Buy a good quality brush or comb without a sharp plastic or metal ridges. This is one of the common factors leading to split ends. as is over brushing.Don’t be penny foolish. Buy good quality salon products. The chemicals used in many if not most over the counter shampoos and conditioners, contain very harsh ingredients such as ‘ammonuim laurel sulfate’ which can actually dry your hair out, and cause breakage and split ends. Even worse, many contain a form of silicon, and that can be very bad for your hair.Don’t consist your hair with tight bands, hats, braids and the like. These also lead to split ends and hair breakage. You can find out more, see this blog.

Take my advice my hair was super short and now its past my breast under a year. First off, stop using heat COMPLETELY ! I know torcher!!!! but do it. do a simple hair style and to put down standup hairs put a little gel or a drop of oil. I use heat on my hair once a month. Do that until you get your desired length. Then use heat whenever you want. Massage olive oil/almond oil/coconut oil on your hair. Not all at once but get all 3 so you can switch it up every week. Massage it to your scalp and put it on your tips if that dry. Put the oil in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute. Turn upside to get the blood flowing to simulate the folic acid in your hair. Keep it for a day or 3 hours. Rinse your hair with cold water or warm never hot. Brush your hair no more then twice a day and use a wide tooth comb. Under no circumstances brush your hair when its wet! thats the worst thing you can do. Thats when your hair is at its most fragile. Take folic acid supplements and fish oil pills. Or fish oil pills and hair skin and nail supplements. Last but not least eat alot of protein. Eggs for breakfeast is perfect GOOD LUCK!!!! =]
