Can you be too tired to fall asleep?
Not really, but there are things that affect your level of tiredness and whether or not you fall asleep. Exhaustion can help you sleep, and sleep is the inevitable conclusion of tiredness, however you can be extremely tired and prevented from sleep, or you can endure enough tiredness to “miss” the window where tiredness would normally make you sleep, for me this comes in waves, light at first, I may not even notice, then heavier then heavier, until I have no choice I am taken into sleep, however before the wave hits I have periods of marked alertness without noticing the tiredness so much. You may have just missed the wave, but be assured if that is true, another is coming…People also speak of being wired, as in too many thoughts and a busy mind this may also prevent you from sleeping. What you need is both mind and body to wind down so that you can sleep.I hope this helps some and I wish you good luck in the future…

How to fall asleep? help!
Warm milk. Or, melatonin. it's a vitamin. But if you woke up at 11am, you're not tired yet! You need to put yourself on a schedule. It's called a circadian rhythm. Decide what you want your schedule to be. Like Midnite to 8am, for example. Set an alarm clock across the room for 8am. Do NOT get back in bed no matter how tired you are. NO NAPPING during the day. And the bed is only for sleeping. No TV, PC, reading, or studying. Those are the rules. You'll be really tired for a few days, but then your brain will learn that circadian schedule. It works. Start tomorrow morning. You can research it if you like, but I know a lot about it, and it really does work. But you have to follow the rules. You have to figure out if your body needs 7 or 8 hours of sleep, and set your own schedule. You have to be very serious about helping yourself. Bless you and good luck. :)

Can ibuprofen help me fall asleep?
DEAR BARBARA, IBUPROFEN IS NOT A SLEEP AID AND REALLY SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED TO BE USED AS ONE. UNLESS YOU ARE IN PAIN THAT IS KEEPING YOU AWAKE, THIS USE OF IBUPROFEN IS NOT APPROPRIATE. MY GRAND MOTHER USED TO BELIEVE THAT TAKING TWO BUFFERED ASPIRIN WOULD HELP HER TO SLEEP. SUCH IS THE POWER OF SUGGESTION. THE PROBLEM WITH THE ASPIRIN IS THAT SHE ENDED UP WITH STOMACH ULCERS. IBUPROFEN CAN CAUSE STOMACH PROBLEMS ALSO . I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO THIS.
Why does the TV help me fall asleep?
In this case, it sounds like a developed habit over time, where the sound of the television is comforting, relaxing and sleep-inducing. However, television causes your brain to respond with different brain waves, ones in which relaxation is inevitable. However, if you are sensitive enough to be affected by the electrostatic emissions of the unit, then that would also be a contributor.
What are the most tiring exercises to help me fall asleep faster?
Well see that’s the problem maybe meditation and that’s it because once you get your blood flowing that’s why I tell all my patients and they love it to be the first one at the gym because you get hooked on the morning doing it late at night and keep you awake actually does the opposite get your blood pumping and takes a while for your heart to get down to the heart resting rate which you should be 6560 to 65 beats a minute I just want to be a second and that’s that definitely be really careful night because you are used to arm fit my work out and whenever I could but you know everything is scheduled no the day before so I’m telling you that say after you work out in the morning are you tired no never that’s because your blood your metabolism is is now you still burning calories and if you do it the right work out if you do just a leg may be OK if you have a pool or or a hot tub or a sauna which probably not but I’m definitely I am sure you know a slow swim in room temperature water like 80° like a degree water like 79° not cold water because once you get out and then you go in the steam room or sauna or but again that’s not really exercise you just trying to wind your body down meditation do me a favor on YouTube meditation asked for professional yoga and met people who teach meditation ♀️ Supposed to be in so many benefits serious or are you sleeping problems will go away and eat people think meditation is clearing your mind it’s actually not bad at all actually focusing on one thing that you’ve been thinking about so focus on one thing it’s not long it’s like 510 minutes to just focus on that and in a few weeks you’ll be there to be where you need to be you got it try these things and why not I can promise you with everything I can I tell every everyone or you guys will have a good effect if you think anyone is out how I am I have not I mean if I pinching inch I’m at the gym doing putting my yellow doing like a quarter of mile laps with a 50 pound weight vest on but then I get to go home and eat a spicy meatball yeah I’m not the best cook I’ll be honest early to bed early to rise makes a person a healthy wealthy and why’s it’s true be the entrepreneur be the go-getter tell your sprain this just tell us you can do anything because if you tell your brain that your brain world will react to doing anything will adapt to doing anything we are all lot our brands could take a lot more than you think our bodies take a lot more than you think
Super duper tired and cant fall asleep?
Are you under stress? Are you just thinking about random things? If that is the case, it is hard to fall asleep. I know. Same thing happens to me sometimes. What you need to do is take your mind off of everything. If you can't do that, then try listening to some music. That helps to take your mind off of things sometimes. If that doesn't help, then you need to see a doctor right away.
Why am I always tired, falling asleep anytime, anywhere and can't concentrate?
I am always tired. Whenever I lay down I almost instantly can fall asleep, no matter what's the time or whether the lights are on or off. After school, it's impossible for me to study because the 7 hours I spend there every day, make me so tired that when I get home, I often tend to fall down on a couch and just fall asleep in all my school clothes. I have been diagnosed with something that makes me easily tired and there is no cure for that, it should go away itself in a couple of years as they said and they suggested removing things like computer, tv and touch screen phones out of my life that they help the progress of becoming tired. But in this century it's impossible to remove computer from your life. I don't watch tv anyway and I don't have a touch screen phone. And even when I stay on the computer I'm never staying there for over an hour. What can I do? Knowing that I have an incurable health problem doesn't really help me. I need something to make my situation better. Those doctors are funny though, I have had knee issues for 2 years and I decided to check and they said it all goes away with age and there is no need for further check meanwhile I'm in really bad pain but they say it goes away with age. I think those people are stupid, I could find more help on the internet even than with my local docs.
