I would go with Gorgeous or stunning. Those words tend to have a little more meaning then the typical (hot, beautiful, pretty) words.The delivery is obviously very important as well. Make sure you make comments that are more mature in nature or confident in nature but aren’t intended as harassment.“YOU are looking gorgeous in that blue dress this morning lovely lady”. This is a strong compliment that is mature. Sounds like it is coming from a real man and not a young boy. You can call her any of those three, especially beautiful, becuz girls really like that. You can try other compliments, but don't get too crazy with the names, or shell be like "ok...thanks, I guess" DONT say things like hot, curvy, voluptuous, babe, or sexy, cuz odds are it'll make her feel like you're only judging her body.
