Toy Air Gun Shops In Bangalore

How much will a Pawn shop buy an airsoft gun?

It sells for $120 new, so you'll be lucky to get $10 for it. Airsoft is hard to resell, so most pawn shops won't even take it, or if they do, only at very low prices. And they'll automatically assume there's a problem with it. Your best option is probably to try and use one of the online airsoft market places (I use Arnie's Airsoft, which is probably not the best if you live in the USA, but will still sell it eventually for maybe $40...)

Hope this helps

Can i put a real rifle scope on my airsoft gun?

A scope from a real firearm will be so embarrassed to be stuck on a toy gun that it will refuse to operate out of protest.

When you look through the scope, all you will see will be Barbie Fashion Accessories.

Backyard bird/squirrel shooting in california?

first, it is illegal to discharge any firearm in the city limits. Same is true for air guns. Second, killing certain non game birds is illegal in the state. Next, never kill an animal that you are not going to eat. It is not ethical. Unless it is a pest animal that is dangerous, or destructive. When I lived in the peoples republic of kalifornia, I used to set up a heavy backstop at the end of a long hallway in my house, set up a paper target in a pellet trap and shoot down the hall with my bb or pellet guns. Technically I was breaking the law. But since no one knew, and the pop of the airgun couldn't be heard outside my house...........LOL

Can I sell my BB guns to a pawn shop?

You could. How much you will get for it will leave you disappointed. You can also try to sell it online. BB guns are considered toys in the United States; not firearms.

Are blank guns legal in India?

Blank guns were considered as toys int he previous arms acts (1954&61) aw they did not have a projectile. Hence you were free to use one. Mostly they were used for theatre and movies. It would be foolish to brandish a blank gun to a knife trotting assailant. Now in 2016 the new arms act came out. Here specifically the following were added to the list of “weapons” needing a licenseBlank gunsAir guns with power output higher than 12 joulesAny 0.22 airgunI found this very wrong. When I researched I found the logic of this.Blank guns could be used in an armed bank Robbery. as most people in India cant differentiate between a real gun and a blank.Air guns higher than 12 joules can cause bodily harm and hence can be misused for hunting.0.22 air guns I felt was a little 50:50 in logic. Apparently 0.22 airguns have been converted into real 0.22 LR and being supplied to naxals and criminals. But has there been any thought. There are over 12 lac 0.22 airguns in India which are being used by general publicNow those 12 lac people have to go and apply for a license for their air gun. Police verifcation and all the related jumla would be needed. The easiest thing would be to just sell if off for Rs. 500 to the local arms shop. Note that there would be no transaction records for airguns. The arms dealers would now have a cache of 12 lac (maybe little lesser) of un registered and potentially modifiable weapons. Where do you think these will end up. This is the most scary part.

Guns and Firearms: How dangerous are modern air rifles?

It depends on the projectile and pressure. Most modern airguns are small-caliber and moderate velocity, similar in performance to a .22 Long Rifle in power- a 5.5mm, 3gr conical lead bullet travelling approximately 400m/sec. Lethal, potentially, but not tremendously damaging without hitting something vital. However, there are larger caliber airguns that fire heavier projectiles. The famous Austrian Windbusche repeater was 13mm, or .51 caliber. Modern hunting-type airguns are available in a plethora of calibers, and while not as popular as cartridge firearms, still quite viable as hunting rifles under appropriate circumstances- they were extremely popular at the turn of the century for poachers due to a relatively quiet discharge, and are frequently used for pest and small game hunting worldwide, and models in larger calibers can be used to take deer and boar quite effectively. However, mechanically, the pneumatic rifle holds two distinct disadvantages to a cartridge firearm- they're relatively limited in terms of power due to the speed and pressure at which compressed gas can be discharged, and they're mechanically complex compared to a cartridge firearm, with more wear-prone components such as seals and valves.Basically, the advent of cartridge firearms using smokeless powder simply evolved the platform to be more robust and powerful than the airgun by a wide enough margin there's been little interest in them since.

What are Airsoft Guns?

Airsoft guns are replica firearms which fire 6mm plastic pellets, or BBs, at velocities ranging from around 100 feet per second (or FPS) to 500 FPS.

Under many jurisdictions, airsoft guns are considered replicas and must be bought by someone who is 18 and older. Under other jurisdictions, they fall under the firearm category, making it difficult to obtain legally.

However, airsoft is perfectly legal in many countries, so long as they do not exceed the maximum joule limit of that particular country (in Japan, all airsoft guns may not exceed 1 joule of energy, or 328 FPS). Some countries, such as England and Ireland, states that the gun must be imported two-toned, with two bright colors indicating it is a toy. However, in Scotland, it is legal to have an airsoft gun that is NOT two-toned. Other countries, such as the U.S., only require that the gun is bought by someone 18 or older. In many cases, the orange tip is what distinguishes it from a real firearm.

Gun laws may apply to airsoft guns in some states, such as in New York. However, it is legal in most areas to buy, use, and transport so long as it is not displayed, used, or traveled with publicly.

Many players often rely on airsoft websites to get their airsoft guns. Many sporting goods stores carry clear and plastic airsoft guns, which are prone to breaking. Many websites carry airsoft guns which are made primarily of plastic, but have metal internals. Many look exactly like the real thing, except for the orange tip at the end of the barrel.
