True Or False - The Majority Of Feminists Are Liars

Why do some feminists deny the reality of false rape accusations?

Some feminists deny the reality of false accusations for the same reason anyone would deny that reality. There are people with weird opinions in every group, but that does not mean that the whole group is full of idiots.

The truth is, though, that most people are going to believe the "victim" or perceived victim automatically. The truth is when people are in that place of vulnerability, starting from a standpoint of disbelief would be awful if said victims were telling the truth. At the same time, if we go forward and smear the alleged rapist's name, it's just as bad. People should tread more lightly with rape cases in general, but I think the vast majority of rapes actually happen, so it's generally safe (from what I've seen, and I could be way off the mark) to assume that the victim isn't lying. However, evidence is obviously hugely important as well.

Why do some feminists deny the reality of false rape accusations?

Here's my view of false rape accusations:They are more common than people think, but the actual number of them that go through legally are rare. Why do I think this?Studying crimes against men, including made to penetrate and some domestic violence cases, one of the most common threats used by the rapists/abusers was "I'll tell them you raped me."A lot of the women in these cases effectively kept their victims silent using this taunt. Men feel that if the police are involved and it comes down to a he said she said, they won't be believed. A woman climbs on top of a man and rapes him and tells him she will go the police and say he raped her, if he doesn't keep his mouth shut. It's a common tactic used by female rapists and the fact that it works is sad. My belief is that we need to focus more on the system. We need to take away the weight that this threat has. We need to make it reasonable for a man to claim that a woman raped him and in our current society, unfortunately, a he said, she said is likely to end up with the woman being believed. False rape accusations are used more often that we like to think. However, the number that women actually go to the police and file are rare, because the threat itself is enough to keep their victims silent.

Do you agree with feminists who say women who make false rape accusations should not be prosecuted for doing so?

No, I don't agree with that. Being falsely accused of any crime can ruin someone's life, and this is even more true if someone is accused of a sex crime because they provoke emotions from a lot of people and it can easily destroy somebody's reputation. If there is evidence that a woman has maliciously falsely accused a man of a rape which he did not commit, she should be prosecuted for her crime. It can be hard to prove malicious intent though, especially in cases where there is alcohol and other substances involved or if the man and woman were in a relationship before the alleged crime took place.

Why do feminists hate female MRA's so much?

they hate all MRAs.

* most MRAs don't support the idea of financial abortion.

just sayin'

What “false rape accusations by feminists” is everyone talking about?

Every single crime has a small number of accusations that are false. Statistics show that false accusations are rape are no higher than any other crime and considering the sheer volume of unreported rapes, the numbers are actually far smaller, since the statistics only account for a faction of actual rapes.Yes, false rape accusations happen, but they are both incredibly rare and usually done by a very specific type of purpose. The reason everyone is talking about false rape claims (even though you never hear of any backlash against car theft by people pointing out that sometimes people report their cars stolen even when they are not) is because of two reasons.Trying to maintain the status quo of rape culture. Rape and sexual harassment has been happening with almost impunity for all of recorded history and most of the time the rapists get away with it. That’s how it works. There are a lot of people who want to bring things back to the way things were. By throwing doubt on the millions of actual rapes by bringing up the rare false one, they can throw off and make people doubt all of them.A lot of men have embraced the idea (that they were taught) that they need to push people into sexual activity and that no doesn’t really mean no and they just needed to convince the person. As a result, a lot of men have been in sexual situations where consent was less than certain. These men are terrified they will be accused of sexual assault or rape. In their minds, they had consent even though they didn’t. If you don’t call it rape, many men admit to either raping someone or say that they would.[1] [2] [3] This is because consent isn’t taught and people don’t understand it. So a lot of men are worried they will be accused of rapes that they absolutely did commit, but they don’t think they do. So a lot of the people who think they’re being falsely accused are just rapists who don’t believe they are because they don’t think they’ve ever raped anyone.Footnotes[1] The ugly truth about sexual assault: More men admit to it if you don’t call it rape[2] Rapists Who Don't Think They're Rapists[3] Lots of Men Don’t Think Rape Is Rape
