Will I have loose skin if I lose 30-40 lbs?

Oh no that skin stays and is heavy “flaps” where ever you’ve lost weightI personally have lost half of my one time highest weight of 306 lbs!!!!! That was almost 20 years ago & that skin is still there waiting for fat to return?!!As I’ve weighed 30 lbs less & 30 lbs more since then( I’m 5’2” & now 59 years old)When loosing you get more skin& gaining is auful, that saggy skin just fills up againMy lifelong problem

I don't know if this will help you but it worked for me. I bought a book called the 3-hour diet by Jorge Cruise and used it and lost 18 lbs in the first few weeks (prob'ly like a month). Basically what you do is count calories and eat something every 3 hours. The break down was like breakfast (400 cal.), 3 hrs later a 100 cal. snack), 3 hrs later 400 cal. lunch, 3 hrs. later 100 cal. snack, 3 hrs. later 400 cal. supper, 3 hrs. later 50 cal. snack. = 1450 cal./day. Eating that often never allows you to become hungry and boosts you metabolism so you are continuing to burn fat while doing virtually nothing. Also, if you let yourself "starve" to where your stomache is "growling" ... your body thinks it needs to preserve the fat in you to live longer and also produces cortisol ... NOT GOOD! You can eat whatever you want with this as long as you count calories and stick with it. You are supposed to average about 2 lbs a week but I lost more. If you exercise with this you can prob'ly lose even more. I didn't exercise with it. I started this about 2 years ago and since then with diet and exercise I've lost a total of 55 lbs and have never felt better. Good Luck!!!!!

Sauna suits are designed to dehydrate you to some extent, depending on how crazy you want to go. Dehydration will thicken your blood adding stress to your circulatory system, not something safe for someone with high blood pressure. BTW your not gonna sweat off 30–40 lbs in a sauna suitYour better off eating broccoli and chicken, and only drinking water for 6 weeks

If Yu drink less than one, you’re not even trying and probably not doing the rest right either. Stay fat in that case. Drink coffee in the mornings, Pre-workout with caffeine before workouts, and supplement with protein powder and bars and lean meats whenever you want to, so long as it’s low sugar. Any protein you consume will likely be taking the place of carbs or processed sugars and sodas because that’s reality, that’s how you got fat, you’re not suddenly going to be a nutritional superhero. Any protein and any water is really good for you for this month. That’s your fuel. Be proud of yourself everytime you drink water (or no/low-sugar sports drinks) or chicken/turkey/fish/ steak/whey protein. All of it that you can invest in his month will be added weight and fat that I promise you’ll lose because of eating & drinking it. Little to no additional cardio. Don’t waste your time and don’t wear yourself out with it. You’re taking almost no breaks between sets, that is goddamn cardio! And weight training! The additional cardio will just dishearten you and kill your energy and strength for the shit that’s going to lose this fucking weight! Do all that, I swear you’ll lose it. I could go into a ton more detail about your workout routine, but just don’t fuck around, 30seconds-1 minute rests between sets, alternate beteeen two muscle groups each set though—not back to back curls sets or squat sets. You can, but try to curl, then immediately squat—rest your biceps while you squat & vice versa. Tada…..cardio!!No “good luck”, make that happen, and it will work. I promise.

I'd suggest you cut out all breads,pasta,caffeine, and sugars. Stick to veggies and good o'water. For exercises work out at least 5 times a week. When you watch TV lift weights and during commercials Do crunches/sit ups(keep your tummy sucked in for faster results) If your neck aches you're doing it wrong! Lots and lots of jogging maybe an hour everyday. Calorie intake should be 1000-1200 since your wanting to lose 30-40 pounds. Push ups help with toning your arms. Out your legs up on a couch with you back on the ground and do two sets of 30 sit ups ( of course keeping your tummy tucked In). Hope this helps

Would losing 30 to 40 lbs make a visual difference?

Hey i am 15 years old 5ft and 145 lbs (which is overweight for my height)

So i was wondering that if i lost 30 to 40 lbs would it make a visual difference to my face, arms, legs and stomach

Also how long do you think it would take to lose 30 to 40 lbs by running on the treamill 30 mins everyday and build it up

Also do you think i would be prettier by slimming down like my face ( i am really self conscious about it so please be honest but not too harsh)
