You have to understand the difference between having a connection to your router (through WiFi, presumably) and having a connection to the Internet.The connection to the WiFi is like being able to make a trip out to your mailbox at the street, leaving mail you want sent to a friend in another state. You can leave letter after letter in the mailbox, but unless the mail carrier is making the rounds to pick up and deliver that mail onward through the postal system, it won’t go anywhere.Similarly, you “strong” connection to your router means that you can make the “first step” on the way to getting messages to and from the proper destination on the Internet, but unless the connection to your ISP (and onward from there) is working, that first step can’t get you all the way to where you want to go.You should be able to call your ISP to have them check their side of the router connection and see what the problem is. OTOH, if you’re using public WiFi, you may be out of luck in terms of getting the problem resolved, at least until the operator of the WiFi access point realizes there’s a problem.

Get the newest .net firmwork or re-download modio. If their website is down, the program will most likely be unable to connect to the server, and will not work. Just get all available Windows Updates + .NET and it will work fine.
